Outlaw bone in Ribeye. Mac Cheese Bacon Crumbles, side of rice that both my kids adore.

And mine. Outlaw Ribeye. I still have 2/3 left. Lunch tomorrow. Baked potato, broccoli and a taste of the Mac. I don’t care for most Gourmet Mac and Cheese. I want Kraft Original with the liquid plastic cheese in a pouch. 😋

Quarantine EASTER 2020 complete🐣

Ive been scrolling through many Easter photos today. Sure was a different type of an Easter for us. My sons girlfriend didn’t join us for dinner even though they are up
Here for the quarantine. She spent it alone as her grandfather at 80 lives with her parents and her Sister is a nurse in a hospital. His choice given his concern for us in general guidelines. My Mom was alone today. We play by the rules for us and others.

Mom too understands the social distancing. Never spent an Easter without Mom. My niece didn’t fly in as planned. We get it. Our state has done an incredible job from the Governor to Chicago’s mayor making sure we understood shelter at home with those you live with to flatten the curve.

As I look at photos on this board some get it some don’t. 6 feet apart. 5 people standing shoulder to shoulder for a photo op isn’t social distancing. It demonstrates the differences between states and educating 6 feet and social distancing and how this keeps spreading the virus.

So dang infuriating how selfish and genuinely stupid some are. To quote @BuddyThomas today’s edition of ‘What the hell is wrong with people?’

look at your photos. Are you six feet apart or twits adding to the pandemic?

By the Grace of God we have had the severe storms miss us today. Right below us and beneath. We should have had rain all day Easter Sunday with severe storms. We had some rain after 8pm. Lovely warm day. My FF and I walked an empty Corporate parks pond area today that is 2.5 miles in paths, Swans and ducks.

My DD entered her 2nd week of 2 of storm duty being primary this week. Blessed she is today with the weather mostly missing us.

I had a friend, from Colorado, who decided to hike a trail and posted pictures of the groups of people that were ignoring the stay at home. She was quite nasty with her comments about how inconsiderate they were. I had to ask her, Who took the pictures? Turns out, she did. The hypocrisy of people during this is pathetic. It boils down to something like this. I want to do this activity, and you should be following the rules so I can enjoy my hike. Never even occurred to her that if you're not part of the solution, then in all likelihood, you're part of the problem. It's more then possible that someone else was taking pictures of her and posting about how inconsiderate she was to be there.

We didn't do anything special for Easter. Churches are closed, restaurants are closed, we can't visit family. So we just stayed home and baked French silk pie for my husband's birthday. For his birthday dinner tonight, he requested Filet Mignon with rustic mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. We'll skype with my in-laws later. That's the extent of our celebrations.

Seeing it was just the boys and myself I had a glass of white zin out of a box. No need to break out the good stuff. The boys had sparkling cider and finished the bottle. Dh had work last night:mad:

I just did mine yesterday. Otherwise my hair is okay I had it cut the last week of February, it will probably be ok until the end of May then it will really need a professional cut

O.k. My do-it-yourself cut wasn't nearly as bad as a year or two ago, (when I first tried it, myself). ;)

So, the front looks o.k. now, but the back is a little uneven . . . :p

Then, hubs decided he wanted to try and cut his hair (it's not long at all, and I thought it looked fine). So he went out to buy some electric clippers from CVS. He didn't have a clue how to use them , so he ended up just shaving it all off!!!! :jawdrop: Now, he's bald, but could care less!! :banghead:
