Thank you so much...!!!

Yes, we do know what started it.
Both of my folks are big gardening/plant people. After all, they were both raised on Texas farms...!!!

About 25 years ago my pop built a greenhouse against the back of the house. That way they didn’t hafta’ bring certain plants into the house during a freeze. There were a coupla’ heat lamps in there and one of them burst. We weren’t under freezing conditions at the time, but, they were on. Just a freak accident, as It would have exploded at some point one way or the other.
The timing was actually a blessing too. Even if they wouldn’t have been home eating dinner, the lacrosse team would have still been practicing across the street and called 911 like they did. Things could have turned out very different based on the timing.
Another thing is, they had thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of cash, coins, silver ingots, etc., stashed in the house, that we all, mostly, had no clue about. All of it is now deposited in their bank and/or in a safe place at their bank. Depression-era folks.
Also, we took DS to my folks house for the first time today to see all the damage after visiting my folks at the hotel this morning (he was there the night of the fire, but, this was the first time he was inside and out back). He didn’t take it well at all, but, he insisted on seeing it. He’s better now, but, it was a rough morning for him for a bit. He loves his grandparents so very much.
