Well, last I heard, both my SIL and my Grandson are rooting for the Chiefs. So I would have to go for the 49er's. However at last count my Grandson was waffling between the two. If they split up and each take a team, I will have to root for the Patriots again.

Somehow, I don't think it to be blasphemy if I spent most of my life living in New England.
I don't like Brady, but the rest of the team is OK. I will admit that it would be more significant if they were actually in the Superbowl.
Heard Pats are enticing Brady to play for $30M for 1 season. That's incredible.Somehow, I don't think it to be blasphemy if I spent most of my life living in New England.

I guess the Chiefs, mainly because they haven't won a Super Bowl in a long time. The 49er's have won more recently.

Maybe, but if he were worth that much they would be in the superbowl this year. Judging from their absence, I'd say that is a little overpriced.
Pats have no succession plan - life after Brady so they will try to use him until he can't play anymore.
