Sitting at the car dealership waiting for an oil change. Turns out their is a recall on the car as well. Something about brakes. Figured they should do that as well since I am here. I guess I need brakes.

I got a vague piece of mail about the Honda a while back about "Well, this might go wrong..." I'm like, umm, what?
The power train warranty got extended by two years, though, now with unlimited mileage. So that's good.

LOL you sound like my husband! We usually know some of the specialty things we want to do that are hard to get, like Hoop Dee Doo, and Storybook dining...
I was going thru the list the other night... and hubby was like... I thought we were "winging it" this time... I said well we are winging it a few days, but you kept telling me places you wanted to eat, and they were hard places to get... so you get reservations!... I said could cancel Boma... I could probably wing the reservation there... and he was like... NO! I wanna eat there... LOL... I can't win!

Hey @figmentfan423 , you'll love this! Community center in my area is offering free sewing lessons in October and I signed up. (Can you believe it? 
) I think they teach you how to make an apron. So with a limited retirement budget, I could sew aprons for Christmas gifts. "Merry Christmas, I'm on Social Security, have an apron."
I think it would be a lot better if they taught you how to make dog jackets instead, because no one wears aprons anymore . . . LOL.

I read yesterday that okra tastes better roasted and isn’t slimy that way.Not to worry -- free craft lessons I'll go to. I'll never go to okra, kale or other veggie free classes -- I'm not that desperate!
I read it tastes better fed to pigs and made into Bacon

Fun fact. Frozen broccoli loses its health benefits because it is blanched before it is frozen. If you sprinkle a little mustard powder on it after it is cooked, you get the same health benefits as that of eating raw broccoli.
