Oh did I mention that my car battery died while at the dealership? There went another $200.

@MinnieM123 is more into it then I am. I would just find a picture of an apron and give that. With a note... "Sorry", fixed income!" Now get off my lawn!Who are you and what have you done with @MinnieM123
Funny...the Rite Aid near us closed recently.Rite Aid used to be on every corner in my town, most of them went belly up. Some have been torn down and others are just empty buildings with signless walls. They left a few, but at least 75% of them are gone in this area. Maybe more. It was a war around here. One Corner Walgreens, across the road to the other corner a CVS and a Rite Aid on the third corner lot. Then everything duplicated in every chain variety store in the state. Walmart, Harris Teater (Groc.), Target and Lowes (Groc.) not to mention the privately owned pharmacy's around the area. Good grief there is a drug store for every person in the town. Ok, a minor exaggeration, but, I was always wondering what was keeping those places open. There is so much competition and they are far from the least expensive ones. Rite Aid was the first fatality or, at least, the first to cut bait and run.
Hey, better for it to die there where they can replace it than for it to die someplace else and for you to get stuck someplace.Oh did I mention that my car battery died while at the dealership? There went another $200.![]()
You guys know what you want to eat 6 months ahead of your trip?!(I don't know what I want for dinner tonight,, let alone what I want to eat six months from now!)

Bats are cute. Scorpions are not.
Bats are not cute, they are scary. I'd rather see a scorpion.
Nope nope nope on both... especially Scorpions.. They are my irrational fear.
You are not missing anything! We both hate okra. My Mom fried it for us growing up. I didn’t like it then much either. DH’s Mom boiled it-To be honest, I have never had okra. I am good with 95% of veggies.
That problem would be cutdown due to Smithfield's promotion called Smithfield Racin' For Bacon.(I don't know what I want for dinner tonight,, let alone what I want to eat six months from now!)![]()

My MIL was over a few weekends ago. She was about to cut up watermelon, and asked if I had an apron she could borrow. I am pretty sure I know what I will be getting for a holiday gift, or my next birthday.Hey @figmentfan423 , you'll love this! Community center in my area is offering free sewing lessons in October and I signed up. (Can you believe it?) I think they teach you how to make an apron. So with a limited retirement budget, I could sew aprons for Christmas gifts. "Merry Christmas, I'm on Social Security, have an apron."
I think it would be a lot better if they taught you how to make dog jackets instead, because no one wears aprons anymore . . . LOL.![]()
I can pick six months in advance because it doesn't matter; I never know what I want to eat.You guys know what you want to eat 6 months ahead of your trip?!(I don't know what I want for dinner tonight,, let alone what I want to eat six months from now!)
