Except for one or two people on the show. Really the season is not at all likable. Just IMHO. Usually I like five or six people on a giving season but this season. Really not that many likable people.

HUGE blindside tonight…Kellie never saw it coming…Drew was masterful planning that…Katonah is the next I’d like to see go…I still think Emily is flying under the radar and will be a surprise at the end.

This is the first time in a LONG time, there was a true blindside. Just people masterfully duping the other side without any idols or advantages.

As much as I hate to see Kellie go (she was my favorite player this season), it was a great moment. I appreciate her true reaction. I'm tired of the niceness on your way out. I thought it was funny that Kellie apologized, realizing she was being brash on her way out. But she was surprised... what can you expect?

Kellie called it... deciding when to take out Bruce would be the key point in her game. She didn't do it at the right time, and she was seen as the second best option.

I thought the auction was really fun, but if they keep the same format again, it'll be really boring. Forcing the person with the most money to lose their vote just makes it so the person with the most money bids it all, until no more items are left. It takes the fun out of bidding. But I did think it was hilarious that Bruce lost his vote because he decided to take time to put his shoes on.

Going forward, the game is squarely in Reba's hands. Belo was too fractured and couldn't pull it together. Here are my updated winner tiers. I also decided to show how they changed in my rankings from last week. I usually never look at my previous week's, so I thought that'd be fun. Obviously, some people only move up because someone else was eliminated. For example, if Kellie hadn't been voted out, all the +1s would be neutral. So essentially a +1 is neutral, if the person voted out was previously above them.

Tier 1 (Best Chance to Win)
1. Drew (+3)
2. Dee (-)
3. Emily (+2)

Tier 2 (With the Right Moves/People)
4. Austin (-1)
5. Jake (+1)
6. Bruce (+4)

Tier 3 (Outside Chance)
7. Katurah (+1)
8. Julie (+1)
9. Kendra (-2)

Tier 4 (No Chance)
None

I like ranking things. I don't know why. I have an entire list that ranks all Survivor winners, seasons, and even every player to ever play. I won't say it's accurate or well thought out, but I have it!

I love that they revamped the auction in a way just to allow Jeff to torment and troll the players at the end of each round. Then they did the same thing with the rice.

The extra time was well used by the auction and overall, it was a good way to do it. It forced everyone to bid aggressively and added a tolerable twist. I'm not totally sold on it because towards the end the bottom player is basically dead man walking.

Three players without a vote next week? Ugh. That goes against the core gameplay of Survivor. Where last season let the players play post merge, this season is veering back in a questionable direction.

Another woman's alliance begins and ends in the blink of an eye.

Drew in particular is really good, but will we see someone make a big move and instantly become a big target again?

Fun fact: I was watching Kaleb closely this season because of a post on social media. Not a real spoiler, but someone said they met him at a wedding in the summer and he was in a super good mood so the question was, did recently winning Survivor put him in a good mood? Obviously he's an upbeat person in general and being in a good mood at a wedding is hardly indicative of anything else, but it was an interesting thread to follow.

Sad to see Kelly go. But they had to assume that Reba would be targeting a Belo. While Jake was the obvious choice, they should also have realized that Reba would be worried about an idol play from Jake. Belo needed to do more to shield and split the votes and form a united front against a Reba just to add some possible leverage. Belo is a disaster and Jake may be the only rootable member of Belo now. But I don't see how they will be able to uproot Reba. They're just handing it to Reba on a silver platter. The only question now is which Reba wins it all.

There's an even bigger blindside coming soon. Not sure if it's next week or the week after. But it will make this week's blindside look like kid's play.

I feel like very little will happen over the next two weeks to change the obvious front runners, and any editing tricks or previews do not reflect the reality of a clear majority running the game.

But, a few people clearly have differing awareness of who the biggest threats are and different goals, so we'll see if it's a predictable run coming up or something changes.

Jake slipped by again dumb move she was no threat and he will probably start winning challenges or find an idol and go to the end.

True, she wasn’t a threat but neither is Jake…sooner or later the remaining group MUST start thinking of taking someone like them to the final 3 to insure the jury’s vote for them…

If Dee wins this season, she may be one of the top 3 female winners of all time. She could be #2 right behind Kim. That is coming from someone who was not impressed with Parvati's win because Cirie really did the heavy work that season. Cirie initiated the Ozzy boot and orchestrated the idol passing from Erik to Natalie. (Parvati played a MUCH better game in HvV and should have won that season).

Katurah may be one of the worst players we've seen in a LONG time. Saying that she will just spill Belo's intel to Reba and be satisfied with #5 is the most pathetic move since JT giving his idol to Russel with a note.

Now, if Belo's remaining members were smart, they'd get together and drag Emily in to get rid of either Drew or Julie. Why? Austin has two idols (I think) and there's always a risk of him using one and/or giving one to Dee. He won't use it for the others if he thinks that Dee is in trouble. Emily knows that. So diminishing Reba's power by offing either Drew or Julie in the next round would be very very smart. And whoever could orchestrate that could also ensure that Bruce uses his idol and boom the idol is also flushed while taking out a Reba. Emily (presumably someone who could be smart enough to pull this off) could make Reba think she's with them and set up a faux split vote. She could make Reba think that they can split the votes between Jake and Bruce to flush Bruce's idol and then get Reba to play an idol for Dee who would inevitably be the target. Then switch the target, like I said, to either Julie or Drew.

Emily has the opportunity to really change the game and is probably the one smart person to do so. The problem is that none of the remaining Belo's seem to have a brain cell between them so that's a HUGE problem.
