Star Tours II - Soft opening watch

I'd imagine tuning down the simulation movement would help.

Also, I'm not sure how they programed the ride, but I heard with past sims if the programed motion doesn't match the motion of the camera, it can lead to some nasty results too. That probably gets worst with 3D.

I have no doubt they will figure it out.. but by Starwars weekend? Photofinish!

I can just see the imagineers who have worked for years on this project slapping themselves in the head after reading this post.

"We just need to turn down the simulation movement and MATCH the motion to the camera! Why didn't we think of that?!"

Rode it today, very clean looking movie, very strict about no pictures they had CM walking around making sure. There is a reference to thx1138 over the page system. Can't wait to go this weekend for official launch.

Rode it twice yesterday, got the same scenes, in order, each time :( was a little disappointed at that, but otherwise it's a great ride! (bit short) but it always was a bit short. I Don't like C-3PO as the pilot though... He gets way too into it, it's out of his character.
