MK Staggs says changes to Fantasyland...

Have you ever had to admit you were wrong? Not attacking, just curious. For a while I used to just skip right over your posts because everyone just pounced on you and caused derailment.

I do enjoy your cost savings thread in the Imagineering section. Not a bad thing to start.

I actually enjoy when someone points out an error in my thinking. Cause that means I just learned something. It's rare though.

Perhaps you missed the major controversy over the internet rumors that the FLE was being gutted by TDO. That is the fire he was trying to put out. Unfortunately now it has been twisted in the opposite direction and people are fanning new flames that a bunch of fanboy friendly epic adds are on the way. In this instance, Staggs failed by not giving more details. I'm sure he has learned. It's Lord of the Flies in the interwebs.

He said there would be changes at the margins or something to that effect. I'd hope a Yale grad would understand his meaning.

Whether or not a Yale grad understands Staggs meaning (and he admittedly was very vague), I did learn at Yale to trust those who have delivered in the past and have data to back themselves up. Invariably, that causes me to trust Lee. I also knew people with your attitude at Yale. Everyone, from the professors to my classmates truly disliked such people. Those people have also had a rough time getting jobs in the current economic climate while I have already been hired as a full-time professor. Not gloating, just remarking that being annoying and attacking everyone with differing opinions didn't work for those people.

My new salary thankfully allows me to take more vacations to WDW with my family...and regrettably provides for far less time for me to post on these boards outside of weeks such as this--between semesters.

So why haven't you accepted the fact that you have been wrong in this thread? I've pointed it out and so has Lee. With all of that learning, someone like you shouldn't be as stubborn.
Just an observation...

LLee has backed off his earlier claims and now admits he is in the dark on what the new add(s) are. He said he is trying to find out. That is what Lee has said.

I don't post here to be liked which is quite liberating. I'm interested in facts. Provable facts, not speculation presented as facts to stir up problems.

I trust Lee too. Even when he is wrong. And I am not attacking. I'm just asking people to justify their claims. And somehow I'm seen as the attacker and get attacked for it. It is a strange time we live in.

So that means no Alice?

Ok so now I definitely have no clue lol. Now I think it's the mine coaster!!!

Mine Coaster for sure. Final answer.

Lemme clarify...clones are exact copies of rides, other than Dumbo and LM there will be no other clones.

Nemo at Epcot and Nemo at DAK are not clones.

Yeah so that means there will be no Alice from Disneyland right? Or are you trying to say we're getting an Alice ride but not the same one?

Well something we will be able to absolutely prove or disprove from juan. Refreshing.

I'm sticking with my original guess: updated Alice dark ride...possibly [tho I hope not] based on the Burton movie.

Do you know anything about the release the of some of the plans they have? Maybe around December so that they can release the information to the press and inside the Winter edition of Club D23.
