Hollywood executives Garth Ancier, David Neuman and Gary Goddard have been accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in lawsuits filed Monday in Hawaii federal court.

Ancier is the former president of BBC Worldwide America and also served as head of programming for Fox, NBC and The WB.

Neuman, the former president of Disney TV, previously worked for Digital Entertainment Network which was headed by Marc Collins-Rector who was cited as being involved in the sexuality activity at the heart of plaintiff Michael Egan’s original lawsuit.

Goddard heads a design firm in Los Angeles which has created theme park attractions for Universal Studios.

The filings were unveiled at a news conference Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills by attorney Jeff Herman, Egan and his mother.

“It’s not about money, it’s about disarming these pedophile,” the alleged victim’s mother Bonnie Mound told reporters through tears.

The new lawsuits were filed five days after “X-Men: Days of Future Past” directorBryan Singer was accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy in 1999 in a suit filed in the same court. Egan, the plaintiff, claims he was 15 years old when Singer forcibly sodomized him, among other allegations.

Bryan Singer’s attorney, Marty Singer, has called the lawsuit “absurd and defamatory” and has promised that he will file a counter-suit.

Herman is a sexual abuse attorney based in Boca Raton, Fla., who also represented the plaintiffs who accused Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash of sexual abuse.

Herman had said last week that he expected to file additional cases against alleged perpetrators by April 24 in Hawaii. That is the cutoff date for old sex abuse cases to be filed under a two-year window established by the state legislature.

Singer’s attorney claims the filmmaker has documents to prove he was in Toronto, not Hawaii, in late 1999 shooting the first “X-Men” movie, which would disprove Egan’s account of sexual abuse.

“We want to see those documents,” Herman said Monday, adding that he witnesses to prove that Singer was in Hawaii at the time of the alleged incidents.

Sources recently confirmed to Variety that Oscar-nominee Amy Berg has spent the last two years working on a new documentary about sex abuse in Hollywood that includes allegations about Bryan Singer. Michael Egan has been cooperating with Berg on her documentary.

Marty Singer has asserted that the lawsuit against Bryan Singer is an attempt to get publicity with “X-Men: Days of Future Past” opening in a month. Singer has canceled two major appearances in support of the upcoming tentpole, skipping last weekend’s WonderCon in Anaheim and the upcoming Creativity Conference in Washington.

I can't spend this afternoon on MAGIC (as much as I'd like to, it isn't a holiday and I actually have lots to do to get ready for my Faux Top One Percent Spirited Spring Holiday) ... BUT ...

... when you get called out by a dead guy on Twitter, you know you own the Internet. When you hurt the feelings of a dead guy on the Twitter, you know you own the Internet. When said dead guy is anonymous and yet rails against you for doing the same thing, you know you own the Internet.

But I'd love if said dead guy joined the site (although, like everyone, I am sure he has a dormant account already here) and attacked me to my face (or at least my avatar, which is tired and going to be replaced soon!)

Now ... why does it seem that Bob Iger doesn't trust the information his Parks and Resorts people have been giving him about WDW? Maybe Card Walker can explain the recent change in Bob's strategy and attitude before I place it out here on MAGIC.

Oh, and finally, I am so joyful that the snowbirds have all left ... it makes SoFla so nice for all of a month before the wretched weather truly moves in for the 5-6 month summer.

I'm intrigued...

I had an, um, interesting experience several years ago which involved character dining, two adult males, and the princesses...

I was making one of my yearly trips to WDW with a friend of mine... A girl I worked with and was friendly with, asked me if I could get her one thing while I was away... Something for her daughter... Her daughter, at the time, was a huge Aurora fan... My co-worker/friend asked me if I could, without going out of my way, get her daughter Aurora's autograph... She gave me the picture she had which she wanted autographed for her daughter.. Was just a hand drawn picture, but one her daughter loved nonetheless... I took the picture with me and said "I'll see what I would do."

I told my travel partner friend what my co-worker asked, and he was on board with getting the autograph... We had two weeks in Orlando, with most of that time spent in WDW, so we figured killing some time getting the autograph was not going to be a big deal... The first few days we were not lucky at all... We weren't really looking, but still, we did not see Aurora out anywhere... Getting back to the room at night, I had a thought... I mentioned to my friend, "Let's do a breakfast at Akerhaus in Norway." He said okay, so I called and surprisingly, was able to get an ADR...

We arrived at Akerhaus and waited until the name was called... I was not feeling uncomfortable at all... I did character meals before, two grown adults... Who cares? It's WDW... Adults are allowed to have fun and meet the characters too right??? Well, the uneasy feeling started to settle in when they announced my name that my table was ready...

We were escorted to our table, and as I sat down, reality struck... We were the only adults in the restaurant WITHOUT children... I started feeling as if 1,000 eyes were staring at me, which I know was not the case, but yet, I am sure many of the adults there did look at us funny, wondering why two adult males were in a princess character breakfast... hey, I had a good excuse, I was trying to make a friend's child happy, you know, create a magical moment...

We were served our breakfast, and one by one the princesses started coming out to the tables... I must say, they were very good sports... Belle in particular... She must have picked up on my feeling of uneasiness, and she did her best to put me at ease... Or at least tried to.. I wasn't at ease until I left the restaurant... Belle was very friendly and talkative... Kudos to that CM...

I was on the phone with my friend telling her what I was doing, JUST FOR YOUR DAUGHTER... We were actually having a good laugh when Jasmin came over to the table... She too played up her role, being extra friendly... Didn't seem creeped out at all... Maybe she was, but she didn't act it... Neither did Belle... In fact, Jasmin took my phone and started talking to my friend... I thought that was out of character... Jasmin didn't live with cell phones right? LOL...

We were just about ready to leave when Aurora came by... She asked how we were doing, if we enjoyed the breakfast... Gave her the picture, asked her to sign it to the child's name.... She asked if the girl was there, I told her no, was doing this for a friend back home... She thought it was a wonderful thing I did for the girl...

If I wasn't so determined to get the autograph for my friend's daughter, I would have never made the ADR for Akerhaus/Princess breakfast... I know I felt uneasy, and yes, I even felt like a creeper though I know my intentions were good... I couldn't imagine being a grown man, no children, booking FP for a princess meet and greet, then having a breakdown cause I couldn't meet them... That is a special kind of demented...

OH, I haven't done a character meal since... We are talking 10 years now... I have, however, met other characters and taken pictures with them, all at the request of friends who i only get to see once a year, who live in the area... Hey, they want the pictures, who am I to say no? With friends, that's one thing... But by myself, Nah.... CREEPER!!!!
The creepiest thing about these videos is including other peoples children in the edits. If you want to take a picture or video of you for your lifestyle blog so be it, but keep it to you and your group

This! I said this on Twitter, and somebody replied, "I always have strange kids in my pics. How else am I supposed to get pics of the characters?" Wow, just wow.

I don't have time to read the whole thing, but do find it interesting there is no mention of Goddard's work with Disney.
Goddard was only officially with Disney for a short time. Majority of his/his various company's work was with other parks. He has not worked with Disney or Universal in a number of years.

Hasn't been that way in 15 years. May happen in Paris but I doubt that's what the meant.

That's why I find it interesting. Obviously his lesser known work in Asia isn't going to grab eyeballs.

First a creepy janitor, now a dead guy. I knew there was a reason I never opened a twitter account.

No idea... Received a text today saying big announcement Wednesday.. I figured I'd ask on here cause if anyone would know, someone on here would... I kind of wrote it off as bad information about there being an announcement.. Also, Wednesday is the 23rd, not the 22nd... Unless the 23rd starts softs for the ride? And that is what my friend meant? But he never referenced 7D, just said big announcement Wednesday...

More than likely misinformation from my friend to me... Esp if no one here knows anything about it...

Maybe this is the same thing the spirit is talking about. He said there's going to be something newsworthy coming out this week.
