The Green light around the poles is left over from the 1994 Communication effect with the fiber optics.

Well,SSE still sounds the same to me.I dont; know if that's a bad thing or not.The screens certainly seem like a very cool technology,I just wish they would interact with some of the old sets from the old ending.The old sets could have been updated to show "future you" from your screen milling about in them.People shaped screens wandering around "Glitter City" anyone?

The Post Show sounds very nice.I was really exited to see it last June(along with old SSE:cry:) and now it sounds MUCH better.

As for this whole type of fans thing,I really think you guys are wrong about that.Becuse I'm both.I really miss the great imaginative attractions of the 80's and 90's and wish Disney would do that again,(along with all the attention to detail-entrance plaza stuff)but when I'm in Disney,I'm in Disney.I don't pick out what's wrong with JIYI,I enjoy it and love Figment.I was there in June when the Wand was up,and I honestly though,"Ya know,it's wrong for Epcot."but I was too busy enjoying the park to honestly care.I noticed the chipped paint and the bad bathrooms too.But just the fact that there is no place like Disney on the face of this Earth,put all those little mishaps in their place.

Hope you guys understand this and stop arguing.It could be worse.


I hope they change the maps too.:)

Debating is not arguing. But I won't debate you about that :p

The "purists", "fanboys" and "super fans" are here so it won't "be worse".

Merf just posted a interesting topic about his live(I think)report from SSE.I think that he is right BTW.

I did also notice that the music has been remixed in 180top and sounds much better, evoking more of the emotion associated with seeing the Earth in space.

That sounds interesting. Now that the screens do not come on until after the hanging blue light effect is music more noticeable here now in that area for those of you that have been on it?

Thanks to WDI for the lack lustre finale of SSE v4 - since the Wand threads died it`s been awfully quiet around here...

Why do you care if someone is right or not?Merf is a great member and passionate about EPCOT.Can you blame him?His updates are great(I'm sure you think so too) and he gets way too many bad vibes from some members on here.

Let's just stop the arguing/debating and get back to SSE and it's finale.:)
