Is SSE open on a regular basis now? Im going first week of March will I be able to ride it?
Absolutely! The official re-opening was earlier this week. It might be down occasionally while they tweak stuff, but most of that will likely be done at night. The ride is officially open now. :sohappy:

That's what I plan on doing.

Does anyone know what happens if you don't select a language. Does it default to English or not play any audio at all? Also, what if you refuse to answer to any the questions at the end? Does the screen go blank or does it have a default video?

If I'm not mistaken, the default is English and if you don't answer the questions at the end it still plays a video. But don't take my word for it, I just heard this from one of my friends that works at Epcot.

Really? How many questions does the screen ask you?

Well, the first question alone has four answers, and then there are about six or so questions after it, each with two answers.

You are correct, if you don't select a language, it automatically plays English. I haven't figured out if the default video is Home, Work, Health, or Leisure, but I have noticed that it ends with "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!"

So each video ends with a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow? Because when I rode in early January I dont remember that at all, but then at that stage I was overwhelmed with all the chicken wire lol so maybe I wasnt paying attention. Cant wait to ride again next week.

When I rode back in December, it appeared that the first question (Home, Work, Health, or Leisure) determined which of the 4 main videos you would see. Then the six either/or questions after that would make small changes to the video.

For instance, if you chose Leisure, you'd be asked whether you were more concerned with your pet or your house, and that would determine whether your video included a brief clip showing pet care or home security. Otherwise, the majority of your Leisure video would be the same as anyone else's Leisure video.

I don't really like the Leisure video that much, which is a shame because it's the one most people are probably likely to pick on their first ride through. But I haven't seen most of the others.

I'm really glad to hear that they're putting so much effort into plussing the attraction even now! :sohappy: That's definitely good news. I'd still love to see the cartoons improved a bit, though, but I won't dwell on it. ;)

It doesn't end with the song, one of the video variations ends with the narrator saying something like "It's sure looking to be a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!" That is only one of the videos, that also happens to be the default if you don't answer any of the questions.

I believe its the "Work" selection that ends with "GBBT" - it's the one where you create and test your own surfboard designs.
