I'll take Nolan or Abramas. Not fond of Singer's work.

I just like that he takes the source material very seriously (Xmen 2 and Valkyrie in particular).

At least with him you know your not gonna get a "20k in name only" with the rock and will smith cracking lame oneliners and doing silly stunts against a CGI squid.

Wasn't singer also responsible for the trainwreck known as Superman Returns? I am with you on the Rock and Will Smith. Keep them and Eddie Murphy out of any Disney movie ever again.

He was the director of Superman Returns and the movie was well directed. The problems with the plot fall on the writers & the studio for not having a clear vision for the franchise. But aside from that flim his batting average is pretty much perfect:

The Usual Suspects, X-Men, X-Men 2, Valkyrie

I completely agree. I am not a fan of the X-Men films but I really thought Valkyrie was worth the hype and he is a great director when it comes to being seriousness. As long as we don't have Will Ferrel in the film all is good.

What's that small building in the background...?:lookaroun

The small building is formerly known as the SWEC plant a plasma gas trash incinerator now used to compact and transfer trash for off property disposal. It's located between the RCES power plant and the Employee Parking Lot.

The Apartments on Reams Rd are open to anyone as far as I know. A fair amount of employees must live there since there is a paved sidewalk to the Employee Parking Lot. Talk about isolated, there isn't a convenience store for miles but there is a darn good fireworks show every night.
