Since it is racing to get done this year and at one time rumored to open next year, then very late this year is what we got for now. So, no August.

Late this year. August could have been a contender once but it’s unlikely given some delay the project had.

Yup! Patina Group had a listing on a website of theirs with that name. I don't know if they have taken it down or not, but it was out there for a time.

So, its going to be kind of The Seas Acuarium/seabase alpha only that instead of water and fish we have some soaring style projector of the sky??

For what I have seen, you cant see the restaurant trough the restaurant window as you see seabase alpha trough seabase alpha windows.
That would be really cool (its one of my favorites effects at epcot and i think most people did not realize how cool it is)
