Fair doos.

Stick the ice in DHS. See what I did there?

Then give FanLand another few dark rides.
Personally I'd love to tear down the tents and move Peter Pan's Flight over there (with two sides, possibly using Shanghai's system) and see the addition of at least one dark ride like Alice. Put Alice on the corner near the Tea Cups and then you have a bit of a mini-land.

You mean an IP based on a fantasy kingdom with princesses doesn't belong in the Magic Kingdom?
It's not that it belongs there or not. I personally feel that CGI should be kept separate from hand drawn (unfortunately, there is no more hand drawn at the moment). It's just personal preference, I wouldn't like to see it there.

And what goes in the old Pan spot?

You are welcome to your opinion, but the hand drawn animated movies are few and far between now. I personally don't know why that makes a difference. If it is proven to be a classic animated Disney movie it has a place in the Magic Kingdom in my view.

They may be few and far between, but how many classics AREN'T represented (that are represented at DL Alone?!?)? There's a lot to choose from.

Didn't you just say that the reason you didn't want frozen in MK is because it's CGI and not hand drawn.

Tangled was CGI last time I checked.
I know what I said.

I also know that I said it wouldn't be my ideal choice. It would just be extremely convenient with the Tangled potties/Tower next door.

"How about that awful backstage view you get near the potties on the way from Main Street to Tomorrowland that has been there since 1971 until this past year when today's inferior management finally fixed it. Or how about we revisit the whine about Bay Lake Tower being viewable from Liberty Square...along with Space Mountain since 1975.

Trees mostly hid both views for decades. Until they downsized the hub's trees dramatically you would have been hard pressed to see Tomorrowland from LSQ. Same with your MST to TL transition, though that one was less perfect. My hope is that when the hub expansion/Escape Valve behind MST is fully finished it will be hard to notice again. As to Soarin', Imagineers proposed a raft ride for Canada to mostly hide that building.

I believe Disney were expecting a 30% increase in attendance for NFL. Obviously that never occurred...
I can agree that Mermaid didn't draw to the level of expectations, but, how anyone can expect any more out of 7DMT is beyond my comprehension. No Fastpasses available at 60 days and sooner, constant hour long waits, lines of people wanting to ride it. If anyone considers that a failure needs to check and see if they took their medication this morning.

So then the question comes up, is who is making those estimates. Do they even have a minor grasp of reality and physical possibilities? I think that Disney got exactly what they wanted out of it. More room, more capacity (which it seems like they have been utilizing) and a nicely themed area that adds to the park. It's just people that want more then is ever going to happen that can minimize the area. It isn't all of Fantasyland, it is just a part of it.

A new (additional - before anyone goes Frozen crazy) ride in World Showcase. That's rich...

Yes they wanted 30% more people in MK not just in NFL... it didn't have the desired effect than management was hoping for. Disney are still short of total capacity for World to get MM+ to run according to the simulations they produced initially.

Not sure if this was already mentioned but there is footage of them filming the new soarin over the world film at the d23 expo wdi Pavilion. I will try to get video if someone hasn't already. It shows the helicopter flying over the great Wall of China and other locations.

Would be a great fit for epcot but weird for dca to lose its last CA themed ride.
