I'm gonna guess end of March.

I go to Disney last week of June.. can pick my fastpass+ on April 27th. Do you think it will be on the list? OPEN ALREADY!!!

I thought this would have been done after the grass has been installed and the outside at least be extremely close to completion

The walls that are down are on the New Fantasyland side. That side is mostly rockwork and track. The other side (by Pooh) still has walls up.

Any idea if the tarp under the bridge is gone? I was there last night and all those walls were still up and the tarp was under the bridge as well, so all of that was done last night.

No idea, it would be nice if it were. I have friends that are going over there later and I'll have them look.

The word from my friend is that the tarp under the bridge is down as well.

And three years ago today, Mickey's Toon Town Fair closed. And we are still waiting for construction walls to come down.

It does appear to have grass in certain areas.

that is what is driving you nuts? the tarp? not anything else? not that the walls are down and it is not show-ready?

It's show ready in the areas that you can see from where the walls were taken down. The only thing not show ready in that area is the "grassy areas" on top of the mountain, which could be seen with or without walls. I'm glad they are down where they can be. The walls have been down since August on the Little Mermaid side. That part was ready, so down come the walls. Same here.

So are those cracks already in the concrete and poorly set paver stones?

W.d.w.n.t. is reporting Feb 18th for soft openings @Rose&Crowner might not have been to far off..
