The best way to avoid nausea and the sickness on Mission: Space is to get some anti-emetics beforehand. See the doctor before your trip, tell them you're going on a cruise or similar and you get seasick. Ask for Stemitil, Cyclazine or Metacoplamide (Don't know the US names, think they're the same but not sure). Start taking them the night before!!! Follow the usual rules, look forward, don't close your eyes etc. and you should walk out fine.
On our last trip, my friend did it on cyclazine and thought it wasn't as bad as he thought, did it again later in the week without..... laid out in the Electric Umbrella for half an hour!!!!
