Small update: My chat agent needed to connect w/ someone at AP services, said it's currently 45 minute wait on chat, and 131 on phone (not sure if that translates to other departments though)
Any update? I'm still having the same issue. What do I need to do?

I'm in chat on the MDE app and "Thank you for your message. A Cast Member will be with you as soon as they become available." And also "Thank you for your patience, we've received your message."

I just got through on chat. I was told the pass linkage issue is known by IT and they are trying to fix it. They said many passholders are affected. Can't speak to it's accuracy.

what a mess, it will only let pick one family member (my mom) but not myself even though Im the primary account holder, and wont let me choose any guest or other passholder member and we all have the same pass type etc and active..and they arent taking phone calls.

About 5 minutes ago my chat agent said he got connected to them, 3 minutes ago "almost done" but still waiting; hopefully we get done and this frees up one additional agent to move through.

Those "waiting' Messages seem to come up every 2 minutes, I guess just to keep the engaged? but at least you're in the chat queue

I'm using Chat in MDE and still waiting.

If I'm reading the text posted earlier (Important Information about Registration) correctly, you can only have a maximum of 2 pass holders on any one reservation. If you're trying to do more than 2, that might be what is wrapping things up.


*If a Passholder would like to register a Guest to
accompany them, that Guest must also have a valid
Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Theme Park
Select, Weekday Select, or Epcot After 4 pass, be
listed on your Family & Friends list and have opted
to share All My Plans" with you.

that's so strange. I got in the queue well after you. Took about 3 minutes. I got one waiting message. I entered through the web.

I too was on web. I had been connected to the regular GS chat since 11:56 EDT, but they needed to "reach out to our passholder team to see if they can assist me." that was at 12:11; 12:27 is when they mentioned the 45 min wait to get through to the next team to confirm I wanted to wait. 1:09 is when they said they finally go through; and 1:18 they said they submit a form to request me added to the rest of my party.

So hopefully that last part means I'm good to go, said it could take a few days for me to see the update. I copied my chat JIC

Oh that's good. I don't have a party to add to so I may be out of luck. I'm trying to make the party. LOL.

Hopefully this works for ya! I'm trying to get my issue resolved.

On hold still, took around 12 mins to get initially connected with a CM with VIPASSHOLDER. Heard 10 mins initially for being transfered. CM did apologize for extended wait.
 

Register on WDWMAGIC. This sidebar will go away, and you'll see fewer ads.
