News Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

I don’t really care if I ride it as I’ve ridden it in Paris but for the love of Walt, if the ride is functional just open the thing up. Alleviate the wait times at other attractions. The Grand Opening could still have been 10/1. Previews should have been happening weeks ago.
$75 per person (plus $7 processing fee). Tickets will go on sale on Friday, August 13, 2021, at 10 a.m. PST / 1 p.m. EST
"Find your inspiration and say “bonjour” to EPCOT’s nouveau expansion with D23: The Official Disney Fan Club. Our morning will begin as guests are welcomed with a commemorative credential and board a motorcoach from the EPCOT parking lot before you are whisked away to the beauty and charm of the France pavilion.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a morning refreshment before gathering in the gorgeous Palais du Cinema (home of Impressions de France) for a special presentation featuring some of the creative minds behind the EPCOT’s newest attraction. From sketch to reality, you’ll hear how Walt Disney Imagineering brought this Remy-sized adventure to life in a big way.
Next, D23 Gold Members will be welcomed to the newly expanded portion of the France pavilion, where they’ll be able to taste a few of the new offerings at La Crêperie de Paris and be among the first to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure!
In this 4D ride experience, you’ll join Chef Remy on a daring culinary caper that will captivate all your senses as you zip, dash, and scurry through the bustling kitchen, dining room, and walls of Gusteau’s famous Paris restaurant.
Of course, the morning will also include a commemorative gift. C’est magnifique!"

So 3 hours, one ride, and a $75 price tag. I think the Boo Bash thread is about to get a lot quieter. If this sells we may look back fondly on how cheap Paris priced it's FP.

I mean it does include “refreshments” (cupcake anyone?) and “ commemorative gift” (pin).
Even if I was there for D23 I can’t imagine paying $75 for a talk about a ride that isn’t even new.

Sometimes, I don't know whether these releases are satire or actual news releases...
“We need to make the D23 Gold rubes feel special, get some money out of them, and doesn’t cost us much. What can we do which accomplishes that?”

So they couldn’t do soft openings cuz they needed to make an extra $75 from a few hundred (thousand?) die hards. Sounds about right.

? You don't see the irony in charging D23 members to get access to a ride that's a duplicate of one in DLP? I'm not outraged. I'm amused -- especially at the announcement at the beginning of this thread.

$75 is cheaper than a ticket to france lol. I’m not bothered by it, it’s not taking anything away from day guests, so I’m not stressing over it. It exists for people that want to go and if you don’t want to go it won’t make any difference to you.

Need to get some full on rat costumed characters interacting w the guests and get the show on the road already.
...but only because they're intentionally delaying the opening of the ride.
I remember hoping this would be open in March. Of 2020.

I’m more mad about Canada: Far & Wide being opened then removed than a ride not being opened before it’s grand opening date.
