Chat seems to be saying all cast members busy.Maybe you can stalk the contact us page for the chat? I first sent an email (regarding only me being MIA when trying) but then waited for the chat to also become available. Currently in chat seeing if they can get me added to the family reservation, so far they did not say "no" from the get go![]()

This is my exact problem as well. Pass shows on my account as well as my wife's. Both get same thing.I have a similar problem. It keeps wanting me to link my pass. Then when I enter it, it says that pass is already linked to an account.
Does anyone have another link that might work?

No kidding. Twice in the last 24 hours, I’ve had to reset my password due to “suspicious activity” (which has been me logging in from the same phone and MacBook as always).If Amazon's webpages worked as poorly as Disney's, Amazon would have gone out of business.

I'm using Chat in MDE and still waiting.About 5 minutes ago my chat agent said he got connected to them, 3 minutes ago "almost done" but still waiting; hopefully we get done and this frees up one additional agent to move through.
Those "waiting' Messages seem to come up every 2 minutes, I guess just to keep the engaged? but at least you're in the chat queue
If I'm reading the text posted earlier (Important Information about Registration) correctly, you can only have a maximum of 2 pass holders on any one reservation. If you're trying to do more than 2, that might be what is wrapping things up.what a mess, it will only let pick one family member (my mom) but not myself even though Im the primary account holder, and wont let me choose any guest or other passholder member and we all have the same pass type etc and active..and they arent taking phone calls.
