Re-Do a Retheme!

I think you may have found a great replacement for Rock n Rollercoaster as well. It's already got the stretched limo.
Yeah, that works. And perhaps Florida would be more receptive to it, too.

I just realized Wish technically isn’t woke; it’s an original story.

Yeah, I’m out of ideas right now. Unless…

Habit Heroes: The Good Version (retheme of WEB SLINGERS)

Once again, one of the worst Disney attractions ever made is reclaimed with a revamp of an already controversial attraction. Unlike Habit Heroes, the bad habits are retooled to fit today’s world and a more conservative mindset (though yes, the extreme right is also the main and final villain just to be fair, the good guys are everyday conservatives). Additionally, there are a few more physical diorama sets, just to please fans of that.

It feels like they are unfortunately getting rid of the Muppets. Disney seems to have ruined everything they've bought. Even Muppetvision isn't that good.
Even the things they created are now ruined, too. Not even just the ones made under the Disney family or Eisner, either; see Ralph Breaks the Internet, Wish, etc. for example.

The only thing that hasn’t been tainted is the TV animation department but there’s always the risk, given how one show got pulled from Disney+ (Pixar and Marvel are making steps to wash off the taint at this point too), and yes, the Muppets are among the dozens of IP Disney are trying to bury, like Dumbo, Figment, Treasure Planet, Marvel vs. Capcom, etc.

If they don't have the abilities (Kathleen Kennedy) to drive a car they shouldn't be given the keys.
What if Kathleen Kennedy was male? Bob Iger is male, for example. Doesn’t make him competent. I can name a dozen others, especially outside Disney. David Zaslav for example.

But on-topic;

Mullholland Madness But Even Worse (retheme of Primeval Whirl)

Basically just the old Mulholland Madness theming stapled onto Primeval Whirl, inexplicably in Tropical America to make Indiana Jones look logical by comparision.

At least Bob Iger and Kevin Feige have had success and showed the ability to run companies. Kennedy has made countless bad movies and shows for 12 years. And has even run their only good Star Wars show into the ground (Mandalorian).
Andor isn’t a Star Wars show? News to me. I’d argue Ashoka is at least passable, as is Young Jedi Adventures. The non canon Lego specials are perfectly fine too. Acolyte is the only one that’s outright worse than the sequels though.

Kennedy was also involved in the original Indiana Jones run, so technically she too is, or at least was, capable of making good movies. (She also was much more heavily involved in Howard the Duck however, take that as you will)

Andor is very boring and has horrible ratings. The show also has some of the worst characters in Star Wars. It was supposed to have 5 seasons, but did so poorly it is only getting 2.

People have to stop propping it up as a gift from heaven.
It’s still not Acolyte-bad, at least. Though it is very likely to get run into the (or past the) ground eventually if not outright scrapped.

And yeah, the only time Kennedy had full power was… Howard the Duck. Nowadays, everything that comes out of Lucasfilm directly is Howard the Duck (bar the preschool series and hopefully Andor S2).

I’d argue the reason Andor got poor ratings is because by then it was too late for the franchise. See also Transformers One.

Cali-Fishin’ (retheme of Toy Story Mania)

Disney have responded to your prayers about DCA not being California enough, so here comes Cali-Fishin’! The riders now use virtual fishing nets/rods & reels to catch fishes in a series of scenic California locales, complete with authentic smells everywhere! Even the theming overall is a slice of DCA 1.0 mixed with a little of Iger’s influence.

Re-Do: Japan

This pavilion has had many rumored attractions that for some reason were never built. One even involved Godzilla, and a Mt Fuji one that may have been undone by Kodak film, a rival of Fuji film. It is a great pavilion with plenty to eat and purchase in the store. But it definitely deserves at least 1 attraction.

Meet the World
------ (stageshow, similar to carousel of progress)
------ (The never built attraction for Epcot finally makes it’s debut and this time the measurements will be accurate. It is now a one of kind experience since the one in Tokyo closed. The "Meet The World" song was written by the Sherman Brothers and the attraction was designed by WED Enterprises Imagineer Claude Coats.)

Re-Do: Expansion Area

Mitsukoshi store Expansion

Disney themed expansion of the store with purchasable Mickey and the Gang related items, like t-shirts with Samurai Mickey and Big Hero 6.

I just watched Meet the World on Youtube. They'd have to definitely update the video for it. But the rest could remain the same as it's Japanese counterpart. It's got a interesting seating layout too which is the opposite of Carousel of Progress, where the theater completely goes around the audience seated in the middle.

Ali and the Magic Carpet
----- (dark boat ride, similar to sindbad)
----- (Set in the story and world from the book “Ali and the Magic Carpet.” You will see Ali as he goes on an adventure using his uncles' carpet. It would look similar in appearance to the Sindbad attraction in Japan. Except you get to visit Morocco and see it’s many sights. See the winding alleyways and busy marketplaces where vendors haggle. Along the way protagonist Ali meets a jealous Genie who becomes enamored with his magic carpet. But Ali tells him he can’t give it to him because it is his uncle’s. This angers the Genie and he tries to kill Ali. Among the things he does is he becomes gigantic and tries to grab Ali, he sends monkeys after him and even a ferocious lion. But none of it stops Ali, in fact it actually helps him find a treasure in the end.)

Not sure about the marketability of the ride and it's merch opportunities. But it sounds like a really cool sounding ride and it could be nice eye candy. Afterall Sindbad which it's compared to is really something else.

We are living in a time where there is no creativity. Every movie that comes out is either a Reboot, a Remake or a Sequel. That seems to be what Disney in the parks is doing as well. They don't have the same intelligent people like Joe Rohde working for them, so they just do mostly IP screen rides and rollercoasters. And they throw a hardhat on some handpicked photo oper to try to look good. But the true fans see what they are doing.

Yeah, if I wanted to go on a screen ride or rollercoaster I'd go to Universal.

Trackless sucks too, you can't lose yourself in the ride because you can see the floors and screens. Bring back The Great Movie Ride that was an experience.

Strange World and Wish were originals, as were a lot of the Pixar ones like Onward or Soul. So looking at Disney alone you’re technically wrong.

Yeah and how did those stinkers work out for them? They all bombed and aren't getting sequels because they sucked so bad. They can't do anything original because they aren't talented enough. These people don't know what they are doing at Disney.

And before anyone says it... Yes "Soul" sucks too! Even though it was unjustly handed an Oscar. Turning Red sucks as well. They've taken every studio and repeatedly run them into the ground.

Stinker originals are still originals, which is my point. I actually prefer stinker originals over more remakes, sequels, etc. at this point, sequels need to be banned from the Oscars to foster originality. I find Lightyear to be completely indefensible because it is a spinoff, unlike films like Strange World. Doesn’t help that Puss in Boots and One Piece (actually good movies) ate Strange World’s lunch, possibly giving them the wrong idea. Pixar is the only studio to have really recovered at this point and even then…

That's the past. I'm talking the present and future.

Afterall they had to make those originals. You can't raceswap already established cartoon characters, they have to wait for the Live Action remakes to do that. Unless it's involving a non caucasian.

The Stinker originals are probably going to be few and far between as well, judging from the present and future schedule. Which is what I was talking about. They are remaking Moana right after Moana 2 came out.

Thankfully we now have a third good Star Wars show in Skeleton Crew.

I'm glad you're liking Space Goonies.
I’m thinking the reason why Acolyte in particular gets so much flack is because it is technically doing what the fandom wanted (an entirely new story largely unconnected to the past, old Republic setting, etc), but in the worst way possible. It’s the Sonic 4 or Forces of Star Wars.
