We use Quicksilver Trasportation when we go down from the airport to our resort. It is not free like ME but it is only like $65.00 one way. They will make one courtesy stop for you on the way to the hotel (beer, water, munchies). The other nice thing is that you arrive usually before the rest of the folks from the airport on ME so that if there are a ton of folks on the bus for your resort you do not get hung up at check-in. If you are anything like me it is worth it to streamline just getting to your room and decompressing ASAP.

Do you make an appointment with Quicksilver so can you find them with the taxi's????

Yes we make arrangements ahead of time, give them our flight number and a representative meets you as you come into baggage claim with your name on a sign. They grab your bags and escort you to a Lincoln Town Car or a Grand Marquis and drive you to the resort. Very good service for the price.

Just for clarification, I would love to find some craft micro brews, but I'll be happy with a Sam's as that's what I frequently drink at home. I'm just not happy having to choose from Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light or Heineken. Yuck!

to the OP, your best and closest bet is going to be one of the 3 hess that are on location. None of these are in walking distance but it's a cheap cab ride. The money you'd save taking a cab to hess would easyily pay for itself in one 6pack. there is also a Goodings grocery store near the downtown disney resorts.

pack a case in your luggage!

I think he'd be pretty dissapointed when he picked up his luggage and it was dripping with beer. Those airport workers don't exactly handle luggage gently.

Thats what I was going to say but I don't mind BUd I think Sam Adams tastes Skunked everytime I have it.

Then again my favorite beer is Pabst Blue Ribbon :lookaroun

Yeah, you have questionable tastes in beer.

There was a song about that a few years back:

CHORUS:
No we don't fit in with that white collar crowd
We're a little too rowdy and a little too loud
There's no place that I'd rather be than right here
With my red-necks white socks and blue ribbon beer
The semis are passing on the highway outside
The four thirty crowd is about to arrive
The sun's go-in' down and we'll all soon be here
Rednecks, white socks and blue ribbon beer
REPEAT CHORUS
There's no place that I'd rather be than right here
With my red-necks, white socks and blue ribbon beer
:)

Guiness is very good in Ireland but nowhere else. It does not seem to travel well.

Guiness makes different 'versions' of Guiness depending if it's for export or not. They also have different recipes from plant to plant (and not to compensate for differing water profiles). It's not the travelling, it is a different beer from place to place.
