I thought it would be interesting to see all of our behind the scenes photos, so, just post a link, or a photo here!

This has started a few wars on here. Backstage photos are not supposed to be taken, because they are just that backstage photos. Really I have been backstage many times and it is really not that exciting to see CM's smoking and eating lunch.

Very few have them, but by "our behind the scenes photos" you imply you do... :lookaroun

Monty,I'm starting to believe that that is your new favorite emoticon!LOL:lol:

I've been behind the scenes when I marched in the parade in MK but they absolutely don't allow ANY photos.Even your phones must be turned off.

Basically, its just the real world, they have vending machines, weeds grow in cracks on the asphalt and instead of buildings they have large trailers. It is pretty cool to see the un-themed building of Splash Mountain and see a guy half in-half out of a Woody costume though.:D

Cameras of any kind (Digital, video or cell phone) are not allowed on any of the back-stage behind the scenes tours. Also no CM is likely going to post any pics. So you're most likely out of luck.

If you want to see what 75% of backstage looks like, drive around the back of a Wal-Mart--it's pretty close. Functional, but not too pretty.

One of my favorite pictures I took while I was a CM is Remy sitting in front of a drawing desk backstage drawing himself.

Same here, only at DHS. It was kind of interesting to see somethings, but all and all it was really kind of boring. I have to concur with the functional not pretty statement.

I have a load of photos that you don't normally see everyday, (including a interesting e-vac from the everest lift in 2006...but that's on one time digital film and I'm too lazy to upload that). I also have a couple pictures backstage of Test Track, but there's pretty much nothing to see, just some cubicles and whatnot. It's a lot more interesting to venture in the backstage-ness in real life then in photos.

WOW!...I wonder when?

LOL...For rarities I have a picture somewhere of both doors of a hydrolater being open. That's gonna require some research and a scanner though.

True, but if this thread was in How do they do that? it would only be seen by those who are interested in how the magic is done, and therefore not destroying the magic.

The more I know about what goes into the magic, the more I appreciate the final product.

I know where you can go behind the scenes, just go through Journey Into Imagination with Figment. :( There, you can see the coat room (sound lab), the maintianence office (sight lab), the boiler/chiller (smell lab), the loading dock (touch/taste) labs, where they store all the extra appliances and the (obselete) computer room. As Figment would say: Now your Talkin'!

Where and when is this pic?

Whats in the bags?

Looks like we are in need of some new blue paint for the walls and pole, new yellow paint for the line on the ground, some trash clean up, and a pressure wash on the ground and then as good as new.
