I hear ya. Some days, when I'm walking past the dumpster near my apartment, I think "hmm, smells just like it does under Frontierland..."True, even moreso in certain parts:hurl:
Oh, come on, I worked at a fast food once and I was Never allowed to leave a mess like that!CLEAN IT UP! this is inexcusable at any park!
I know that in central Pennsylvania, some cities and businesses have incinerators. Maybe Disney should invest in a waste to energy plant to help power their parks and get rid of the garbage.
Awesome video. wow, everything looks so close together!!Ride video of Space Mountain with the lights on:

I can't help but laugh when people say they don't want to put their hands up on SM. After 37 years of people visiting the attraction no one has ever lost an arm/hand/head and many of these people are much taller than you. Even Shaq has ridden and he got off unharmed. I understand it looks closer than you thought, but you're totally safe.
Those tunnel Pictures must have been taken in 1971 at 3am. I've never seen them so empty! Besides, they look completely different in color. Furthermore, it's missing the huge piles of boxes and such lying around.

Even so. I'd prefer to not be the first. My hands will stay down.
yea it is scary as crap!
Why you lost your arms?Yep. And to think I had my arms up before 2005. That will never happen again.:dazzle:
While it may be true that nobody has LOST any body parts, that does not mean that nobody has ever hit anything. Near where I live, there is a Six Flags (Over Texas). There is a very mild wooden coaster (Judge Roy Scream). At one point, the coaster goes through the support structure, and it LOOKS like you could easily hit some of the supports. Well, I actually TRIED to reach up and hit them once and SUCCEEDED. I still have my fingers, but I will tell you that it did not feel good. To my knowledge, nobody has ever lost a body part on that ride, BUT my experience is reason enough for me to not want to reach too high on that part of the ride... While I wouldn't be worried about losing fingers on Space Mountain, I also don't think I'd want to raise my hands as far as they'd go--smacking something hard at 20 or 30MPH is not a pleasant experience...
That's insane. Im very surprised. When you say it's not too pretty with the lights on are you talking about stuff that people have dropped off of the ride either intentionally or not or what?
