Rumor Pixar's Coco coming to the Mexico Pavilion

Only by fanbois and those who make things up.

The bigger Coco plan for Mexico would certainly have changed the pavilion. It depends if you like the interior now or not.
They better not touch that pyramid! I love that thing! I really like the "night" marketplace feel. Of course, it isn't as dark as it used to be, but it works. I'd be sad to lose it.

Oh man......I don't know about changing the interior. If it was "positively enhanced", I'd be on board, but it's an Imagineering design masterpiece as is.

Would have been a good excuse/opportunity to completely overhaul San Angel Inn (and finally bring up the quality of the food!)... not that they need to completely overhaul the interior to revamp the menu, but it seems like that's sometimes what it takes...

Really dissapointed it's sounding more and more likely this isn't happening. After what had appeared to be a Brave attraction dismembered... that's two in a row for me now.
I agree with you, but I have faith that in the long run they’ll come revisit and develop this project! Eventually GFT will need a replacement, and Coco is simply perfect for the Pavilion, so maybe it being postponed is for the best, as it will get done without GOTG consuming its funds and so!

Personally I don't think Brave would have been the edutainment ride many would have hoped for, but I of course have no details on that. In theory it could have been good but I feel like we would have got Merida's BRAVE Adventure where you shoot at targets like Midway Mania and Buzz.

But yeah, it's disappointing about Coco. A natural fit so of course they shelve it.

There's many rides in Epcot that don't fit "edutainment." One of which being the hyped GoTG... and Frozen... and Rat... and our current Grand Fiesta Tour... and so on... I'm not really sure what "edutainment" would be represented with Poppins... but this isn't really the thread for that.

When I think about what could be created with the visuals and storyline of Coco, and then what we have now. It's a real shame.

I know that and never said Poppins would be edutainment.

It's a shame Coco isn't happening.
