It is judgmental.
There's nothing wrong with judgmental, matter of fact - it used to be an aid in preventing things like oh... Adults going out in pajamas, or people bringing their dog with them everywhere they go.
Or eating so much that you've grown to a size where you can't even walk anymore.
We all judge - so do you.

To be fair, there can be something wrong with judgmental. I think the 2 guys who got arrested for sitting in a Starbucks will agree that someone was being judgmental about them, and they were not even wearing pajamas.

My mom told me to live and let live - if they aren’t hurting you then just leave them alone. At that point, if you judge them, you aren’t doing it to make them happier/better, but instead to make yourself feel superior. I suppose if you need to pick on kids in pajamas to feel better you are already feeling pretty sad and I just feel bad for you. Is that judgmental? Oh crap...

Often, the individuals or families who are obsessed with presenting a "perfect" outward appearance are those who have the biggest secrets to hide. Their perfection is just a costume to hide behind.

Not that it describes anyone here.

Good. I was wondering who the self respect police was and now I know.

If judging

I don't confront people in public about their looks or behavior.
This is a forum, and the topic came up - so I am stating my opinion on the forum.

There is a scale between "perfect" and adults in public in their pajamas.
I'ts not an either or thing.

In the past 20 years women have been lucky enough to see so many styles of cute and comfy sweats come out. Probably most women in this thread spent half of the early/mid 2000s running around with “Juicy” and “Pink” on our bums ... that’s not a “perfect appearance”, but why would any adult need to go out in pjs when we now have so many comfort choices? It doesn’t really make sense.

Of course you are, because you're obviously better than everyone else!

So, we have defined "better than everyone else" so far down that you believe there is something wrong when a person believes there is something wrong when an adult wears pajamas outside in public?

I'm going to try to help with the version of er. . ."logic". Unless you believe there is nothing wrong with anyone, you believe you're better than everyone else. There. We have now used this pointless thread to at least begin to explain the total cluster that is post-modernism.

Your logic is flawed.
But I'll help you:
I believe I am better than any adult who wears pajamas in public.
