I've deduced that "Nugget" is a reference to the Denver Nuggets. Denver is the 'mile high city.' Thus, Project Nugget, whose address is the launch site of the MK fireworks, is a plan by Disney to launch the fireworks a mile high so that people don't have to bunch up to watch them during the pandemic. They can be seen from everywhere. In Orlando.

I would assume audio or system upgrades affecting each area...could be part of the new night show for Epcot, so all the systems sync around the lagoon.
