@danlb_2000, as much as the liens are interesting, I’d hate for this to become such a chore that you stop posting permits altogether. I’m sure many others would agree.

This is beginning to look like the days when you posted multiple permits daily. 😨

Thanks for the concern, the permits are still my top priority. They are still few and far between and most are not really interesting so it's not hard to keep up with both.

Thank you sad part is most of the permits are upgrading but we will not see any permits for BIG projects anytime soon my guess it 2-3 years. Epcot projects will be managed to make things look better and or scaled down.

The Liens are troubling if Disney does not start paying up the GC's and Subs could be in trouble. I know one major contractor who has done tons of work on Disney projects did major layoff's a few weeks back.

There have been some Lien satisfactions recently but most appear to be for pre-pandemic Liens.
