Perhaps this is one of those antennas being installed on the roof of Poly? BlogMickey captured these today and shared them in this post about all the crossbeams now removed: All Decorative Crossbeams Removed at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort (blogmickey.com)

Not sure I've seen any towers/antennas like this before, but I don't usually investigate that type of thing.

They're quite common but they blend well enough in to most regular poles though. 5G is really popularizing these due to how poor wall penetration is in that band.
