But that Cadillac Range, though. Walking into Cars Land from the Wharf area is one of the best reveals in all of Disney Parks. Cars Land isn’t perfect but they nailed parts of it.
I agree, but that’s not the entirety of Cars Land. Most of Cars Land is actually nothing special and completely disposable as far as I’m concerned. The second best ride is Mater’s and that’s just another flat ride spinner. Nothing but Radiator Springs Racers and Flo’s is all that great.

I see what you mean. It looks great, but it lacks substance. I don’t spend as much time there as I used to.

I'm not sure there's a ton more you could do with attractions based only on Cars. A bigger race ride and two smaller ones for the kids - one with some interesting trackless tech - seems about right. The food options are decent. Flo's is one of my fam's favorites.

I do feel like the Luigi ride somehow sounds a lot better in concept than it actual performs in person, but I'm not sure exactly why that is...

This is a symptom of the IP mandate. You are inherently limited by the content of the IP. You wouldn’t have this issue with Car Land.

The coolest part about it is the trackless aspect, I liked the tires better

This is the solution to DL's Autopia "problem:" In Cars Land, keep the Luigi storefront, but change and expand the Roadster's space into a compact, imaginative Autopia-style car ride. Then Disney can demolish Autopia with no backlash and keep the classic Autopia ride experience alive at DCA.

I'm not sure I agree. The number of attractions you can have based on generic automobiles doesn't seem much deeper than the number you can have based on Pixar-themed ones. Any more than three rides and you're going to start getting a bit redundant.

....it’s pretty neon lights and a straight shot to RSR.

Although I will say I think Maters is the best flat ride since the 83 Teacups. And Flos is cool too

Mater’s is fun, but I wouldn’t cry if it went away. I love the idea of Flo’s and the look of the restaurant, but it doesn’t wow me and the food isn’t very impressive.
