News Paradise Pier Becoming Pixar Pier

I worry about the comment to that Twitter feed that said that it looked great. However I do think it could be fairly easy to remove Pixar if the will was great enough.
These comments are nothing. I just saw some moron on Twitter saying they should remove Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln and replace it with a Walt Disney animatronic talking about how Disneyland was made. Dude also said in a later comment that Walt was anti-Japanese during WWII and anti-commie as if those are bad things. The Disney fandom is full of idiots.

While I don't agree on removing Lincoln or the anti-x statements about Walt, Disneyland or the very least the Disney Family Museum needs an AA of Walt.

So apparently I heard from a cast member that will work The Incredicoaster that there will be a special surprise after you see the VIP Lounge on the coaster.

More specifically, here:

Has anyone else heard something similar?

A Disney youtuber who I am a big fan and subscriber of called DSNY newscast spilled the entire story of the rollercoaster last week and yes also mentioned there will be a special surprise at the end that is being held secret. I forgot where he said he got that information from but he usually leaves all his sources in various links on his videos. When I'm not so lazy I might try and find it. But yes something is being added.

Lol... that guy didn’t spill anything. A lot of people already know about the story and the “secret”.

No. Uh-uh. He would have hated that notion. When John Hench did a sculpture of Walt's head, he banished it ftom his sight. He wanted no such tributes. And, seriously, it would be morbid, creepy and come across as corporate self-worship. Let's appreciate Tom Hanks' movie performance and let it go at that.

I’m inclined to agree but is having a statue in the hub all that different?

Uh I clearly said he got it from a source. I was only saying it was the place where I saw the entire story explained for the first time. I wasn't saying he had exclusive knowledge lol only that he confirmed too there is a surprise at the end according to whatever source he found.

Was the “source” the detailed press release Disney sent out detailing every part of the ride?

I honestly don't know but yeah maybe. I didn't mean as if it was an 'exclusive' source, simply that it was reported to be true, calm down, hence why I said the guy linked the source he got it from lol. You're not throwing out links to your secret, confidential unambed sources, just whatever is already made public. I thought that was just obvious, guess not. I don't get why people are so peeved about it. A poster asked was it confirmed by someone else I was making the point that it was and it wasn't just some rumor mill.

Um, having the Disney name stamped everywhere is already corporate self-worship that Walt started. They have his image everywhere already, again corporate self-worship. Since the man is dead we don’t know how he’d feel about it today.

Also how is Lincoln not creepy and morbid then? Or for that matter any of the presidents who are dead depicted in the Hall of Presidents? Or any other AA depicting a real life person, how is that not creepy?

I just think it’d be interesting and cool to see if it could be pulled off. Now whether the Disney family or the company would actually do it or not is another completely different conversation which is not needed to be had.
