Gonna parade this one out again

Here's to hoping Disney's Olaf costume resembles, ya know, a snowman.
There's just so much horribly wrong with this pic, where to start...

Just think that queue set up has been in Disneyland for a while now. And at DCA they put olaf as the host of the winter world of color show last year. Also had a leg it go number in it. Then think about how the first couple of shows shown was before frozen even came out in the theater
There's a Let It Go portion in Celebrate the Magic that has been there since last year as well.

IMO the Olaf in the Ice Show is creepy and I definitely would not wait hours to meet that.

I haven't heard anything about this... but if it does indeed happen, I get the feeling that it'll just be like that one special event that happened way back when, where the 'statue' was out with Elsa and Anna. (I think that ended up being the one in parade on the float with them now?) But I feel like we'd know more about it by now if he was indeed becoming a real meet and greet character. There again, surely it will happen at some point. He's extremely popular... (But if he's becoming a meetable character, why wasn't he out for Frozen Summer?)

EDIT: Just spoke with a source of my own... it is indeed in the works. Batten down the hatches, and prepare to be in line all day! Scary stuff.

Because they can make more money by having him exclusively at a hard ticket event. Imagine all the tickets that will be sold just so the kiddies can meet Olaf. It's genius and maddening at the same time.

But it prevents the 5 hour lines - you sign up for the hard ticket event, then sign up (and pay) for the M&G, then you get a ticket with a time on it (1 minute) that is your chance to meet him.

God bless the "Ignore" button.

The fools at TDO were lucky to get that mediocre Kristoff costume done in time. To construct a full animated costume takes MONTHS. That event was thrown together in WEEKS.
Granted, Olaf should have been in the parks LAST year...
