Nothing coming in 2010?

As I've said before, explain how EO fits with the dedication plaque outside that is so rigorously applied to Nemo and I'll be all for it.

Otherwise, it's another example of a park dedicated to future's fan base living in the past.

I couldn't care less about plaques.

I just hate HISTA with all my heart.

Well you got me there.

Honestly, it wouldn't really upset me to have EO come back, but it is not moving forward, which is kind of the central theme of Epcot.

I do have to agree with Scar on this one. TDO's idea of temporary seems to be about a decade. I'm not sure I would trust a "temporary" return.

With nothing new coming in 2010, I really think bringing in Captain EO is a smart move. I don't know that it would bring me there, but it would certainly generate more crowds than Honey I Shrunk the Audience.

I want no EO.

Future World doesn't need to be Retro World- well, even more retro than it already is... put the time and effort into doing something new TDO.

And thats you, you're one of a few. If they did bring it back, and you feel its not fitting with the epcot's theme, dont go to it. Simple. EO would bring more money and people than whats currently there and would more than likely cause more people here to go in that area.

Isn't that dumbing down the park? The attraction will bring in money and people- most money- so it should automatically come back?

If they built a roller coaster inside SSE because it would bring crowds- and more importantly money- into Epcot does that make it right? I'm sure a roller coaster would be more popular than SSE to the average guest :lookaroun

Sure, it's an extreme example, but I'm trying my best to proove a point.

Yea but gutting an existing structure to build an incredibly out of this world coaster for money would cost more than swapping out a film. And maybe you didnt notice but this would be a temporary engagement like it is at DLR. And like I said, you are one in a few.

You mean like Mickey's Birthdayland, or the Wand, or the Hat?

Theme of Epcot aside, Walt Disney World doesn't have the best track record with things being temporary.

More than likely we are talking about EO replacing Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, not a limited engagement based on the past history of temporary things at WDW, and I find that unacceptable.

Think for yourselfer
EO is not coming to WDW, wasting time talking about it.

Besides, having that disgusting excuse for a human being infesting Epcot would be an absolute tragedy.
