Since Ursula is my favorite villain and Disney character...I'm SO excited!!!

I'm so eagerly awaiting her arrival in WDW. I'm hoping she looks just as great as the DCA version. Awesome!

Looks like a nice, little D Ticket ride to me. Should be kinda fun.

That is why I think that Ursala can't possibly be a real animatronic. They would never put something that amazing in a D ticket attraction. Obviously it is some trick.

I guess the April fools jokes are starting earlier and earlier every year.

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
I don't give a crap about the one in DCA, as I'm never going to be able to go there :zipit: (maybe DL park one day)

All I hope is that MK's version won't end up like these did

Journey into Imagination/Journey into the world of boring with figment
Alien Encounter/Stitch's Great Mistake
Monster Sound Show/Sounds ___enter critism here__
ect.

In this case it would be not replacing an attraction, but a whole land! At least this dark ride will be better than Toontown Fair, I really hope Disney doesn't get lazy with WDW's version, because Magic Kingdom REALLY needs this new stuff.

If I recall correctly, the Yeti's problems stem from the foundation that he is on. The fact that he is suspended like that and needs the immense amount of thrust to swing down, it is destroying the base and supports that he is on. Ursula seems that she is going to be sitting on the floor and won't have the structural issues that the yeti is facing. I also wouldn't be surprised if disco yeti came up in the conversations when creating ursula and they worked to make sure that they wouldn't have issues.

This looks awesome makes me even more excited to see the main Ariel figure! During my CP an engineer told me that her hair would be considered a figure itself so that it had a flowing motion to simulate it as if it was really in water.

I don't think we need to start worrying about her breaking. First of all, it's a dark ride, so she can't be disco-fevered in hopes that nobody will notice. Second, she may be large, but she isn't a few tons anchored to a steel and concrete structure with what I can only assume is a crapload of duct tape. If anything happens to her, she'll get fixed.

I understand being skeptical about these things, but the attractions you mentioned are strange comparisons to TLM considering none of them are clones. Since these attractions are practically being built at the same time, I don't see any reason to believe our version will be any different on the inside. Kind of like TSMM. Also, TLM will not be an entire land and doesn't replace MTTF. Technically it is replacing 20k.

I assumed VotLM might not continue at DHS once this one is done, but any ideas on what might go in there (if that happens)? The animation courtyard would really be lacking without something in there.

I read an online article about this as well. It's supposed to be when she's singing, "Part of Your World" when you'll see her hair actually animate. They're teasing us with Ursula. Wait til they reveal Ariel!

WOW  Her movements are so fluid, so lifelike! (kinda scary)

It's accomplishments like this that renew my faith in WDI. Notice them painting her on site? I never realized it was done like that. Wonder if the PFF Artisan needs someone to mix colors...

This is amazing. When I first saw this, it actually seems as though Ursula is, for the lack of a better word, "real". It feels like she literally just crawled out of the film and entered the real world and this is exactly how she would appear.
