I myself find that the MPT does not relate to original Epcot from my point of view and as such must be removed, destroyed and the Imagineer who designed it stoned to death and all immediate family sent to a gulag in Siberia.

Mold? Harvested from the Innoventions West demo? I hope not. This isn't the sort of "Classic Epcot" we were hoping to preserve!

Photo update as of Wednesday, February 5, 2020. The security / bag check pavilion at the east Epcot entrance is taking shape. Landscaping of the surrounding area is being re-designed. The current views of the Epcot entrance plaza and fountain show no significant changes noted.

Is it a mold? For pouring concrete?

I think it is a mock up of the bottom of the lucite spires that will be in those triangle holes when the fountain is finished. I think they are checking placement , dimensions and maybe water flow characteristics .

Various plumbing bits for watering the greenery, frame out the planters, pour concrete for the planters, pour concrete for the walkway, put the base (wording) on to the fountain, tile the fountain, any electrical bits for lighting the fountain (could be done, who knows), giant glorious crystal monoliths put into their bases.

Planters can be filled overnight.

Not much but they move at their own pace.

Edit: Oh, lighting for planters too. I'm sure I missed more.

The conduit laying next to the central planter in the most recent pictures is electrical conduit so that will take a little bit more time for sure.
