If the cancellation happened because Iger saw it and didn't like it, how do you explain the Star Wars stage show that's still going on daily in front of the Chinese theater? :) Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

This CM thing reminds me of the time I called and a really sweet CM assured me if I couldnt get ADRs for BOG, I should get FP+ for it instead.

Cms will probably only know something when it's about to be announced to the general public.

That's different. Spreading information about your boss is another thing and sends a negative message. Saying Iger hated ROL so it was scrapped is not the same as speculating about an attraction.
But it's possible that is what that CM heard. We don't know for sure.

Saying Iger didn't like the show is not necessarily something negative, its just what he might have said. Also Iger HATED the original WOC here in california and chopped it all up before the show premiered, so I would not be surprised if this statement is true.

This news is still unconfirmed so it is still gossip at this stage. It is also negative as the rumor is stating that because Iger hated it, which there is no proof of, that the show was scrapped. This rumor makes both Disney and Iger look bad because of all the press, preview and build-up. Even if by chance it is true, which I doubt since the show had already got to the preview stage, it is not a CM's job to spread it to the public. Revising the show is one thing, scrapping it is another thing entirely. There just may be technical glitches that have yet to be worked out and some of the aspects of the show may have to change.

I'm sure there are some things that Disney would prefer a CM not share with the public. I think it's also possible that some CMs may be crossing the line at times.
Is it yours or my job to worry about the info one CM says though? Again the CM may not have made it up and is something they heard or were told. We don't know the whole story. I don't feel the CM crossed any lines.

I'm sure there is also a good chance that they don't either.

WoC did indeed change radically during final design.
