In all seriousness, I understand what they were going for here. I think it looks horrible. Way too much going on there. If they scale it back a little, it would look ok.

Was monorail yellow wrapped all the way or just one car?

It was wrapped on just one side (the same side as purple is, actually). Apparently, when all of the wrapping is done, each train will have a wrap on alternating sides in the front and back of the train.

would there be something to hang onto that hangs down from the ceiling with this new center piece removed layout. If not how are you suppose to stay standing when they tell you to hang onto something in the first place?

There were designs ranging from putting more hand rails on the sides to having some mounted to the ceiling to having metal rings to hang onto dangling from the ceiling.

I hope they don't do the whole thing!!! My mom likes to get up in the morning while I am still snoozing, go out onto the balcony and watch the Monorails while she has her morning coffee.....

Perhaps they are marketing this more towards a youth market? Personally I like it and my guess is that most of you that don't like it are over 30 years and need to get over it, and yes I am over 30.

But, I must say that I think it might look pretty sweet IN motion. All those colors will run together, think about it.

Believe it or not....

I kind of like it. It has a very organic feel to it, like a tree growing down the length of the monorail.

Only in bright pink, orange and blue. Not the best colors, which keeps me from REALLY liking it.

I liked the comment about the Contemporary colors, though. Looks just like the bad old Contemporary.

That might be a little too colorful for me...it would be different if they just added "Year of a Million Dreams" to the strip of color on each monorail. Not splashing paint on it like some Jackson Pollack painting.

Many times that is the case...they don't have a say. And other times they do have a say, but Marketing and Entertainment do many of these things on their own.

I do say, though, that they should get a figure of Goofy splayed out on the windscreen with arms and legs on either side of the windshield and a paint bucket and paint brush in each hand.
