Wishes switched to 180 days- although there are still troubles always accessing it (like right now for late summer).
It did eventually. There was a good bit of time where the closest you could get to an official release date was "90 days or less". It was an absolutely maddening thing to try and book especially if you only had a 1-2 day window that would work with your travel plans.

I agree it was a mess. The closest any CM could ever nail down for me before the switch was "call back between the 2nd and the 10th of next month". At least it has slightly improved.

You should of been a travel agent during that time. A single reservation required a call a day for more than 2 months.:banghead:

If enough people agree with you, they can just keep adding these kind of upcharges reducing the available viewing areas for the hoi poloi. Which will only make the crowding problem worse and the upcharges more desirable. Thus leading to more successful upcharges. Soon you have a vicious cycle leading to everyone having to pay $50 if they want to see the fireworks.

This is basically what they did with Candlelight Processional. It's "free" with admission to Epcot, but 95% of the seating goes to dinner package holders. You have to wait hours and hours in the standby line to get a chance to get a seat.

Where is the location for this exactly? On the official site, the map shows the building between UK and Canada, but not near the water. I'm assuming that isn't correct.

How are they coming along with Characters in Bloom? I Dig Bugs? Pixar Weekend? The past entertainment enhancements of F&G might be worth an upcharge

It is a 180 day booking window Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The CM new exactly what I was talking about and it linked right to MDE.... I booked for Sept 5th but I had to call to book it. I can't wait I hate waiting for the shows and defending my territory so this is perfect for my DH and I.

Another way for disney to make more money. I did the MK party when it first started - its nice but unless you are into lots of calories and plan to eat your monies worth - its a waste of time. I am not into parties anyway (MVMCP being the exception). I would rather cop a spot in front of the UK and eat 2 orders of my fish and chips and free water, lol
