So they’re moving to fully online registration? Will minimize the ability for guests to scream at GR cast members to get their way
Good news - policies remain in place through June 17.
That's only for the in-person registration though. After that it is the same, at least through June 17th, to pre-register online.Through May 19 for Walt Disney World.
Correct. They will be referred to the virtual consultation.View attachment 778122

better than anticipated with "rather soon".Good news - policies remain in place through June 17.
So Disney is not moving to a third party? Or we just haven’t gotten to that news yetCorrect. They will be referred to the virtual consultation.

I swear it said June 17th when I first clicked it, but now says May 19th lolWhere are you seeing the June 17 date?
Where did you see that?Noting that they have said they will implement a robust "return to queue" system for anyone who needs to leave for any reason, this is a good change and - I'll admit - more sweeping than I expected. Hopefully the implementation of that "return to queue" system will be good enough for those who used DAS for non-developmental disabilities.
(Ideally it'll also be robust enough to also cut down on the number of parents with young kids pushing 3/4 down the line to rejoin their family but I think that's a pipe dream)
Where did you see that?
They haven't officially announced it, but a third-party will support the process. So Disney is not moving to a third party? Or we just haven’t gotten to that news yet
Where is that? Looking through the das site linked above and haven't found that yet.Looks like they’re restricting DAS parties to 4 now (holder + 3).
But not in the same vein as universals? They will just be doing the consultations and deciding if you qualify? Will they require documentation? They haven't officially announced it, but a third-party will support the process.
