Eh, the Hulk's a little bit darker.

It's a very ugly green in person. The blue actually looks decent; it's the same as the Kim Possible booth on the bridge.
No, a more temporary sign was originally on a separate stand. The permanent one was added around a year ago (maybe 1 1/2 years).
I don't remember. I wasn't living here at the time and didn't pay attention.
Oh definately! Then you enter the area and see ugly cables and poles.:lol: I think the canopies look really cool from the satellite image
I'm not a fan of them in person though. But, to be honest, I can think of many other things that need to be fixed before this.
Heck, just trim the plants...:lol:These signs should have been removed along with the large marquees that were removed. This whole area needs to be cleaned up. How nice it would be to see this area turned into a classic EPCOT water feature.

I think they were drained and filled with pavement back in 1993/1994, but I would guess Martinlookaroun) would know more....
I agree. For better "traffic flow"
The late 90's was the era of adding bobbles and junk to all the structures in Epcot. 10 years later we are seeing it all returned to the streamlined and modern look (minus all the bobble, whirly gigs, awnings, tarps, wands, etc).
Ah, but it is futuristic! Whirlygigs and scientific gadgetry - Fun!Yeah...It was kinda like the Teal and Hot Pink color fad of the late 80's early 90's.
They just took two areas that you couldn't get through, and distributed them.:lookarounYes, because a plaza that has numerous support poles, whirly gigs, concrete planters, palm trees, and a pin station in the middle of it is SOOOO much easier to walk through than a wide, clear path that has no obstructions in it at all.
Good call, Disney; it obviously makes perfect sense.![]()
Ironic, huh?The late 90's was the era of adding bobbles and junk to all the structures in Epcot. 10 years later we are seeing it all returned to the streamlined and modern look (minus all the bobble, whirly gigs, awnings, tarps, wands, etc).
All the stripes on the floor in both Innoventions buildings are green based on the "Road to Tomorrow" theming.I was just thinking of something, On monday the breezeways/ pavement were painted in their colors.. but inside innventions I could have sworn they were inveted.. the stipes on the floor / color on the maps were the opposite sides breeze way color.
was I just imagining it?
