Also a huge Photobucket app fan here!

I've had some problems getting Photobucket to upload some larger videos and pictures from my MacBook using the upload from my albums. But, by going thru iPhoto, I can export pictures/videos directly to Photobucket which seems to "trick" the same system and work when otherwise I can't make the uploads go thru. I'd have to go peek at Brian's iPad to see if iPhoto is on it. Not sure. But, juuuuust in case, I thought I'd mention that. :animwink:

It's the quickest way from home, but a pain in the neck from a mobile device! I was hoping someone knew of a work around app or something. If not, then photobucket it is!

The tour is Leap Day! The 29th. I'll start a new thread around then and see if anyone wants me to take a picture of something in particular!

Actually, I told the boys you were going on the tour a week or so ago and Brian had a pic request for you. I kept forgetting to ask. LOL! He wants to see lots of pics of Vibe to see if there's any differences from the Dream to the Fantasy. This, of course, is from the only person in my family who was polled with the question "If you could only choose one, which trip would you take?" and stated he'd rather go on the Fantasy cruise than a trip to Disneyland. I think the boy loves cruising a little.

Who knew everyone had already discovered the photobucket app? I feel so far behind!

I must confess, I'm not an app user. I always go to the full site. It never made sense to me to go to an app with limited capabilities when I could go to the full site. The photobucket app, however, has changed my mind. It completely makes sense!!

Vibe! You got it! My kids are going to live there for 3 nights in March so I'm pretty sure they're going to want to see pics too. They've already asked if it's the same as Vibe on the Dream. I'm assuming it is, but I can't wait to see!

I'm kinda curious, too, if the Vibe deck area will be any different. I suppose I could go searching the interwebs for this sort of info but who has time for all that? LOL! I think the biggest plus the Fantasy could offer that would make the biggest difference with my boys is PlayStation 3 vs. XBox 360. We have an XBox 360 but it rarely ever gets played. Both boys are huge PS3 fellas. In fact, once Chandler confirmed the Dream's Vibe was on XBox 360 he pretty much lost all interest in the place. Isn't that odd????

That's hilarious!! I had no idea that kids felt so strongly about which system! I don't think Chase cares but I could be wrong. In the back room, was that all xbox too? I know the big screen was.

You'd be surprised how strong gamers are about their platforms. I really got a sense for it at the Modern Warfare 3 launch event I took Chandler to. Those guys can talk some serious smack about the game platforms, etc. LOL!

Yeah. The Dream's Vibe was entirely XBox. Brian was still okay because of the little theater room thing. That boy loves movies as much as he does gaming. Chandler, not-so-much. If they had actual drum kits there he'd be all over playing music as an alternative. I, too, think it's weird that kids can have such a strong preference with the gaming consoles. Well, I guess I can sorta relate. Using Tracey's desktop PC is like torture now that I'm accustomed to my MacBook and the differences in the operating systems. LOL! Now if Apple would just stray into the gaming world....

I honestly don't think the Fantasy will have a different gaming platform. I think it'll be easier and it makes more sense for them to stick with the Microsoft/XBox stuff. It'd be more universal for them.

That's a good example with computers! I can not use Chase's apple. It drives me bonkers. I'm way too used to having a backspace!

Although I love love love my ipad!! :)

I would guess it will be the same, but I will definitely check!

Is is a safe assumption that if anything has a comparable counterpart (eg PC/Mac. 360/PS3, Call of Duty/Battlefield) there will be a bitter division between the fanboys of each faction.

Yes there is!

I don't get how they plunk down such large sums of hard-earned money for the same thing over and over either! Like just now, Chandler had to spend $110 to get some special edition of Modern Warfare 3 when he's had the game since the midnight release. Why??? Oh no wait. We plunk down a lot more to go to the same place over and over again to get our pixie dust fix...okay. Nuff said. Movin' right along..... :lookaroun:hammer::lol:

Most of the special edition games have additional things included with them to justify the additional cost. These can be additional maps or weapons, art work, or other tangible items. (CoD:MW2 came with real night vision goggles)

Ahh. Good point. Stephen bought Chase Halo thinking it was the greatest ever and Chase has played it like twice. It's Modern Warfare or nothing.

So, what I'm understanding from this thread is that Platinum Castaway Club members will receive the P360X version of a special edition Mickey-shaped Call of Halo game in a blue backpack when they get to their staterooms this year?

When did you get notified you could go?
And Chuck Elias, who is Mr. Holz??
I submitted a request for a Media Pass a month ago and haven't heard anything yet. I wonder if it's time to start crying :-(
