By all accounts Frozen Ever After in Hong Kong (and soon to be Paris) still has an extra minute and depth to the scenes that EPCOT doesn't have. With that said, the updated ride was rendered antiquated almost immediately when Tokyo opened.Yeah, the one in Hong Kong is just a slightly plussed version of the one from EPCOT, which I think is a bad ride.
The one in Tokyo is a completely different attraction. It's still a boat ride and about Frozen, but it's very little like the EPCOT ride otherwise, except that they kept the getting pushed backwards during Let It Go scene.
These jokes are heating up now.I enjoyed this comment. You might say I'm a big fan.
There have also been test ballons around the Muppets area. Those also appeared behind the old ITTAB building not too long before it was shuttered for AC. Thats the giveaway IMO to it being Muppets.By all accounts Frozen Ever After in Hong Kong (and soon to be Paris) still has an extra minute and depth to the scenes that EPCOT doesn't have. Bringing this back to Monstropolis, my suspicion is that Muppets is the target because they don't need as much space for this. Animation Courtyard opens up a larger area of land that is likely earmarked for something else. Pure speculation on this, but there are rumors that Universal may be moving on from Marvel Super Hero Island, could this be pre-emptively set aside for an Avengers Campus?
Does that include me? Have I been wrong ever????
No disrespect, but this kind of response is the problem. You made a big deal a few weeks ago about how transparency from insiders (or “insiders”) is vital, and here you’re doing the complete opposite. Having legitimate information is totally different from just guessing based on trends. The fact that you’re obfuscating makes me think you’re just throwing things at a wall — which is fine! It’s just very mixed messaging.I'm henry mystic, you do the math based on my record, lol.
For my amusement as well, I'd book a ticket today to see it again.I honestly hope the captain EO rumor is true solely for my amusement, as I find it hilarious how it refuses to permanentley die
Rips the mask off of Henry Mystic, and all cry out, "Bob Chapek?!?!"I'll reveal who I am when I can, I promise.
They say if you put your ear up to a Henry Mystic post you'll hear a faint "Hello...I'm Michael Eisner..."Rips the mask off of Henry Mystic, and all cry out, "Bob Chapek?!?!"
I knew it, this just confirms my speculation, the Magical Mystery Tour ride WILL BE REALI think it's obvious by now that nothing is real. Therefore, the only logical conclusion is that this is an elaborate and subtle hint that a Strawberry Fields pavilion is coming to Epcot.
I'd be willing to wager that Studios gets fan fest nights with BTTF to gauge interest in the IP.I don't buy the rumor of USF getting a BTTF land. The IP isn't relevant enough today to justify it.
If that (BTTF) land came to fruition it would probably take over the now defunct FFL stage and MIB.I'd be willing to wager that Studios gets fan fest nights with BTTF to gauge interest in the IP.
I would think Jaws coming back as a ride would be a bigger priority than bringing back BTTF though. I'm not an exec though, so Marty McFly must be coming to Fortnite soon.
I'm not trying to challenge you or go against you but I'm asking this out of curiosity (because I'm extremely intrigued by some of the claim you've made recently) but what is your track record like? What have you gotten correct in the past if you don't mind sharing?Does that include me? Have I been wrong ever????
Weren't there rumors of that becoming a Pokemon land or something? If that (BTTF) land came to fruition it would probably take over the now defunct FFL stage and MIB.
That was Simpsons being eyed up for Pokémon iircWeren't there rumors of that becoming a Pokemon land or something?
As for the timeline on Pokemon, insiders on IU are claiming 2030, but several others are holding out hope Universal will fast track it for 2028-2029 depending on how much USF's attendance gets sapped by EU.That was Simpsons being eyed up for Pokémon iirc
Genuinely will be shocked if NBCUniversal has the cash flow to pull it off. God knows they have probably already spent so much on EU.As for the timeline on Pokemon, insiders on IU are claiming 2030, but several others are holding out hope Universal will fast track it for 2028-2029 depending on how much USF's attendance gets sapped by EU.
NBCU has the backing of Comcast who makes tons of money off of telecommunications. That's probably why they can still invest in the parksGenuinely will be shocked if NBCUniversal has the cash flow to pull it off. God knows they have probably already spent so much on EU.
