It seems like a Canned response. They have to have 12, it is the only thing that works, unless they won't rebuild because they are now going to build 12 new ones instead.

This is DL's new Mark VII red train. They have a red train, blue train, and orange train.

I had no idea they had different ones in Disney land, but I just looked them up now. I am surprised their are no pictures of the disneyland ones here?

Yeah. But if you ever watch, people on here always talk about wanting the DL trains in WDW, however, much more people prefer the style of the Mark VI trains to stay in WDW... Many have suggested and updated 'Mark VI', being a Mark VIII or such, but we have yet to know what WDW will do.
