Yep they're both gone. They did save a door from silver and place it on display in the monorail roundhouse for cast members.

2011 Inside the Monorail

Not a pretty picture but it is the inside of the monorail. The inside isn't as pretty as the outside.

Isn't 2 the largest number of Trains they use on the Epcot line?

The most I've ever counted at any one time has been three monorails running on the EPCOT loop.

Okay guys!! I have some rather interesting stuff to tell you... I sent an e-mail to Disney that said this:

Hello, my name is Brandon. I am an avid fan of Disney, as well as your
monorail system... I don't quite know what it is, but I like them and
hopefully plan on getting a job piloting one... But to my 'official'
questions... First, there are rumors going around that there will be a
12th monorail train in the color of Maroon... I was wondering if this
was true... In addition, I was wondering if WDW Monorail System would be
getting new trains as well... Model and such...

I do not know if you can tell me this information, but I figured who
better to ask than the WDW people themselves!! I look foward to a
response, and hope to get some cool info!!

Yes, this was taken in 2003. There's another one a few pages back of us passing Monorail Orange on the Epcot line.

I didn't take it. I found it on the internet. There is a more up to date picture of that that was taken in the past few years. I'll see if I can find it. That one was obviously taken at Epcot's 15th Anv which puts it roughly in 1997. I was told that the picture is two different pictures superimposed onto each other. I don't think it is possible to get 2 monorails like that inside Epcot unless it was set up specifically. Isn't 2 the largest number of Trains they use on the Epcot line?

That's not a pic from Epcot's 15th Anniversary. That's from the 15th Anniversary of the Food and Wine Festival which was last year. :wave:

This is the best monorail picture I have ever seen!

I don't think this was a picture mash-up... If you look, both trains are going the same way. Blue has it's headlights on where as Teal doesn't, so it's the back of Teal...

Those are both Teal. On the left is the back and the right is the front. It appears as though the photographer took one shot as it entered the park and one as it was leaving and then combined them.
