Oh they can get canned but most likely they will be back a couple of months later with backpay.

Exactly.

That is the thing that would bug me the most.

I would fire a guy (and for good) cause. He would sit home for a week or two, maybe even work a part time job, while the union worked out a "deal"

Next thing you know, he is back, he gets back pay, and management has no teeth.

I think you might be thinking of Morocco that doesn't have the bulbs on it for Illuminations.

I read they keep Norway dark during Illuminations to balance things out.

Norway is dark since it opened after GE paid for IllumiNations upgrades in `88. No one has offered any money since.

It isn`t a balance thing. IllumiNations could have used it lit no problem.

If they were to do that, I could honestly say that they did everything in right in their sponsorship. Fixed the outside of SSE, fixed the inside, and fixed up RoE, too.
