Was there last weekend and the whole experience was so much better without the stage. The stage really ruins the experience, from when you first walk in the park, to the starwars fireworks

Who at Disney World is compelled to continually block the vista to the Chinese Theater - especially now that is looks great again!
A small, portable stage brings the entire (anemic) park to yet another low. Is anyone in charge of visual quality at Disney? I believe that used to call those people imagineers.

FYI, they started to re-install the old stage last night and that lovely view of the Chinese Theater is starting to go away again

From what I have heard, is there is still one stage that is having a small problem causing it to stop unexpectedly. Tracking down the cause of this may take a few days

Why wouldn't they just wait the "few days" to sort it out and not put back the static stage?

That info is beyond my sources, I'm only in the loop on the new stages

So you're saying that your source is saying there are mobility issues causing the whole stage to stop moving or what, exactly?

One stage "shuts off" when moving, reason unknown. This was last week. That's the last I have heard anything

I think the stage is from the same team that brought you Mickey's finger on spaceship earth.
They've had them since 1972.

Is there some reason we can't have one for the Chinese theatre? Lawyers? Or do you believe it is a temporary engineering issue that will be resolved?
