Going to sleep..But what site are you using for the digital scrapbook Jess?

Thanks love..:)

Shutterfly.com - so far it's working out great! It's a little slow uploading the pics - but you can make the pages as complicated or simple as you like.

I'm starting out with a 12X12 of our Disney trips. I want to make sure I like the finished product before spend all that time on Lizzy's book. It'll be around $60 when I'm done - but in the world of scrapbooking, I'm getting off CHEAP!

Awww...I can totally picture Lizzy when she sees a cat. Great writing there!

You're right, when you go to the pound, they will tell you who is and isn't good with kids. I hadn't thought of that. An older, patient cat would work well. And yea, they do have a habit of wanting ro sleep with their humans...LOL, I can barely get to sleep without a cat on my head...I feel like somethings missing!

And dogs are a ton more work...not to ever suggest that cats don't need attention, but dogs can't go out by themselves, will eat themselves sick if you don't watch them, and will gladly chew whatever tickles their fancy.

I almost made a man/woman analogy here, but I restrained myself...

:ROFLOL: Amy you make me laugh!

So my first day doesn't look totally awesome in terms of weather:

...And the next day looks only slightly nicer...

...But if it keeps those crowds away, sign me up!

:sohappy: Charge that camera!!!

Oh, hush. Take some Gravol and you'll be fine. :lookaroun

(Well, except for maybe these... these I can't help you with.)

Which, as it turns out - are the only two I won't ride. :p
Good morning Bunny!

I agree about the older cat. The situation is a little different when you bring a baby into a cat's established home, rather than bringing a cat into a child's established home. Our cats were very protective of DD when we brought her home. I'll never forget the look on Pete's face the first time he heard her cry - his eyes grew as wide as saucers, and he looked at me as if to say "make her stop!"

Hey Dan. How are you this morning?

I am okay. I am going to a reunion of old church kids that I grew up with and haven't seen in about 20 yrs. I am l wee bit nervous today. I want to see them but so afraid at the same time.

I'm hanging in there. Don't know if you read but they found a partial tear in my patellar tendon. I am now awaiting orthopaedic. We'll see what happens next. At least we have some reason for me being in so much pain.
I have most of the day to myself as George is in training and meetings all day. :sohappy: :lookaroun :sohappy: Think I may take a trip out to the old family cottage. See how much it's changed. A little nostalgia myself.

Church Reunion for you today. Should be interesting, like a class reunion, only because of church, you can't fib on how successful and rich you are.

Sounds like you could use a day to yourself Dan! Good for you! Enjoy!

And sorry about the tear... that is no fun at all. :(

I'll be around for a bit - but I'm going to go look at my old TR's so I can remember what order we did things and such for my scrapbook...

1. Batteries are in the charger, and I'm currently working on trying to part with pictures on Photobucket to make room. :p

2. Honestly? C'mon, girl, one's 20 seconds, and the other's just a blast.

What are you most afraid of on them?

My DH went to the orthopedic about his knee. They think that is what it is also. He goes in Tuesday to see what the options are. Oh I forgot to say he had an MRI done last Tuesday so that will help with the doc.

That is funny about the church reunion. Yea you are right, you can't lie.:ROFLOL: :ROFLOL:

My ten year high school reunion was a few years ago and I remember a lot of people showing up in these expensive, tripped out vehicles. I noticed that the ones that lived out of state had local state plates :veryconfu (must have been parents vehicle) and otheres showed up with rental vehicles (most rentals are easy to spot).
What was the point of trying to impress people that are going to figure it out sooner or later?

Reunions seem to bring out everyone's insecurities, so people make up for them any way they can I guess.
I gave up going to our HS reunions. The girls who were the "cool" crowd were on their 3rd or 4th marriages, and the guys that were the fools in high school were still fools, only with larger guts and less hair!

I went to my 10 yr picnic. I seen friends and then I seen people who I knew that treated me bad, well not real bad just looked down at me, that they came up to me and hugged me. I did have a good time.

Today I might see guys that were my first loves.:o I know their parents will be there but I don't know about them.:lookaroun Oh the memories.
