Oh Bonny, sorry to hear that. But you can't live in agony forever. I'm afraid you're eventually going to have to do something. (Not what you want to hear, I'm sure, but it is more likely to be the truth.)

I need to do something now, you are right, I can't be in agony forever....but what can I do? I just don't have the $$...we have no credit cards...lessthan 200 is checking and only 50 in savings.... you just can't get blood out of a rock....

I think the next step would be to find a doctor who will just pull them.
Start calling some oral surgeons, explain your situation and tell them you need to take the cheapest way out.
