What pleasure is there in destroying anything?
Much less, something that doesn't belong to you!!!

I don't know. I honestly don't know. It's not like it accomplishes anything, either...

Agreed! What I don't understand is people who start a computer virus - it's not like they even know or see the damage they do!

People take no responsibility for their actions, the law does not clamp down on them and as I've already mentioned it seems there to protect the criminals and ignore the victims.

There was a big case recently where an old man was fed up of having his property broken into and the police doing nothing that he fought back. One of two burglars was killed by a shotgun and the other wounded. The old man went to prison and the second burglar was given the all clear to sue the old man for assault! However the second burglar ended up in prison after he committed another crime so never got the chance to sue.

I never realized there were so many problems with the kids over in England until I heard from you... thee government really should be doing more to take care of that.
It's not just England - my Girlfriend is in Wales.

Another part of the problem is the alcohol culture. People are brought up with a mind set that they HAVE to drink until they are ill in order to have a good time. One side affect is that they get violent - either against one another or other people's property.

The attacks on property close to GF's house is probably done by underage drinkers that get served illegally at a pub that is known for such things.

The vandals who attacked Sues shop are probably about 13 or 14 years old and full off cans of Supermarket bought lager and spirits.

Indeed. I'm a pretty laid back relaxed person, but there are times I find it hard to care about certain scum bags having their breathing privileges revoked.
