Misinformation from guests at the parks is astounding

Let's come up with a totally over the top rumor to plant and see what happens!

Captain Eo will return in a new adventure, to be written and directed by Neil Blomkamp. The new film will star Usher as Captain Eo who is mounting a musical rescue mission to come to the aid of the Queen of Space, played by Sigourney Weaver, from her evil brother, played by Alan Rickman, who is trying to usurp the throne for himself.

Special appearances by Tom Hiddleston as Eo's cyborg copilot/sidekick Major Domo, and Warwick Davis as Hooter.

You hear misinformation here, too.

Uni is all thrill rides. Uni isn't as well themed as Disney. My kids are old enough for Disney, but not for Uni.

Most people just don't know very much about the Orlando theme parks.
My kids are old enough for Disney and not Uni. ;). They will be 2 and 4 next trip. Not much for the 40 inch and under crowd when you compare what they can do at Disney Vs Uni/IOA. Of cours the ha both been to IOA because I love Harry Potter.

That's part of my entertainment while in line at Disney...listening to all the misinformation. My DH will turn to me and say "Where do they get this stuff?"
me too- it is quite entertaining. I try no to say anything, or laugh. Here's a good one that actually pi$$ed me off quite a bit so I said something:
"Normal" families get heavily discounted rooms at deluxes during "gay day" to keep alternative families out (I am paraphrasing of course the words they used are NOT in my vocabulary)

This is the VERY reason why "reality" shows are so popular with the majority of the population in this country... too many folks takin' too much crap at face value. When I'm forced (yes, at gunpoint...and DW has an itchy trigger finger too ;)) to watch one of those works of pop crapture, DW practically has to gag me. Nothin' more than scripted sitcoms, dramas, etc.
