Mine is O Holy Night, it's such an elegant and powerful song.

FALL ON YOUR KNEES!!! :)

My personal favorite is Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Especially when sung by the late Judy Garland.

Im also partial to Handels Messiah. Amazing piece of work :)

I have to agree! I have many versions of this hymn; vocal w/music, a cappella and instrumental. (if I could only hit those notes!) I was just listening to this earlier. :)

It's mine, too! It's my favorite "religious" Christmas song, and my favorite not religious Christmas song is "I'll be Home for Christmas." I used to just really really like it a lot, but then I heard the story behind it and I just LOVE it now! :)

Hmmmm when I am Depressed... Blue Christmas by Elvis is good....

I like Rockin Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee (always reminds me of that scene in Home Alone 1, lol) :D

I have a lot of good ones, that I like!!! Oh Oh.... and anything by TSO (Trans-Siberian Orchestra) :sohappy: :sohappy:

Songs I hate.... "All I want for Christmas (Is You)" by Mariah Carey, I have heard that song soooo much in the past 2 years... I wanna vomit...

I might be seeing Trans-Siberian Orchastra THIS month :D (If I have the money).

Happy news though. My fiance will most likely be coming up for the week before Christmas, and then (MouseMoadness start singing your favorite non-religious Christmas song) I will most likely be going home on pass for Christmas weekend!!!

Now... I feel a lot better about Christmas coming around.

'I'll be home for Chirstmas... you can plan on me...'

Don't mind me

I can't remember the exact details Vince. I searched and searched yesterday, but came up with a bunch of useless links to n'sync stuff for some reason. Anyway, it was written during WWII for the soldiers away from home. It was much more poetic, the way I heard it before, but I can't remember, lol.

"I'll be home for Christmas, if only in my dreams." :)
